Chapter Ten

Lyric Williams

Lyric rubbed her head as she sat up, she rubbed the sleep out of her eyes before  scratching her head. She felt arms around her waist and smiled as she looked at a sleeping Ho-Seok, she eased out of his grip before grabbing her phone and leaving the room. As she made her way to the kitchen she felt her phone vibrate, she glanced at it seeing it was Nova.

"Hello." She said.

"Bitch what happened to you calling me when you got home?" Nova asked.

"Well I never made it home." She chuckled.

"Bitch, y'all fucked?"  Nova asked.

"Oh my god what is with you and my sex life? No." She laughed.

"I was just asking damn, so you at his house?" Nova asked.

"Mhm, bitch...he picked me up." Lyric said.

"Like up up?" She asked.

"Yes." Lyric said.

"Oh bitch he gotta marry you now." Nova said.

"Period." Lyric laughed.

"That's sweet, so where did y'all go?"  She asked.

"Well we went to his friends party then we went to a club, bitch the friends party was Lauren Hill." Lyric said.

"Like ready or not here I come you can't hide Lauren Hill?" Nova asked.

"Yes." She said.

Lyric quickly pulled the phone from her ear as Nova screamed, once the screaming seized she placed the phone back on her ear.

"Bitch oh my god, how was it? What was she like?" Nova asked.

"I can't really answer we weren't there that long, and she was mingling but if you would've seen my face when she answered the fucking door." Lyric explained.

"Oh my god, Ughh I wish to be you in that moment." She sighed.

"I had a fucking blast last night Nova. I'm not even going to lie it was amazing." Lyric smiled.

"Period, I'm glad you are enjoying your time with him. We should all double date soon." She suggested.

"I'll bring it up, I'll talk to you later ok." Lyric said.

"Ok, talk to you later." She said before hanging up.

Lyric smiled before placing her phone down. She decided to make breakfast as Ho-Seok slept. Just as she was finishing up Ho-Seok was walking into the kitchen.

"Good morning." She smiled.

"Good morning, how do you feel?" He asked.

"I'm good, surprisingly." She giggled.

"You made breakfast?" He asked.

"Nah there's just pancakes and bacon right here for dinner." She said sarcastically.

He mushed her before grabbing two plates.
