Brothers Friend (JAYWON)

I hid in my room, not daring to come out. For the sixth time this month, my brother, Heeseung's, friend was coming over again.

Our parents were out of town for the weekend, so Heeseung used that to his advantage and invited his friend over.

Jay, Heeseung's friend, has known our family for years. He's always in and out of our house, but we don't really interact much.

The only times he's talked to me was if he was waiting for Heeseung and I just so happened to be in the room, he'd start a conversation with me to pass the time.

To say I had a crush on Jay would be an understatement. I was completely head over heels for this man.

He was absolutely perfect. Tan skin, a handsome face, a sharp jawline that could literally cut me, and a great body.

I've wanted him for so long, but he probably only sees me as Heeseung's little brother.

Plus, he's most likely straight.

I remember once, Jay had a girlfriend, but she broke up with him so Heeseung brought him here to hang out so he could get his mind off of it.

I don't even know why he dated that girl, she was such a bitch...

Today, Jay is once again spending the night, which meant they were going to spend most of their time either in the living room or Heeseung's room.

Unfortunately, I was starving, and in desperate need of food.

Maybe Jay and Heeseung are in Heeseung's room?

I quietly opened my door, praying the two weren't where I needed to go.

I crept down the hallway and peeked around the corner.

Just to my luck, instead of Heeseung and Jay both being in there, it was just Jay, sitting at the counter doing whatever he was doing on his phone.

I was contemplating just going back to my room and starving, but my stomach begged me not to.

I took a deep breath, then bravely made my way past Jay and into the kitchen.

"Oh, hey Wonnie." Jay says, looking up from his phone at me.

Wonnie... I always loved that nickname he made for me.

"Hey Jay, where's Heeseung?" I ask, opening the refrigerator in hopes of finding something to eat.

"He went out to get us something, but he'll be back in a minute."

"Oh, why didn't you go with him?" I ask confused.

"Because I wanted to stay here since I knew you were here. I wanted to talk to you for a bit." He says.

A lump formed in my throat as I started to feel a bit nervous.

He wanted to talk to me?

"Y-you wanted to talk to me? Why?"

"I never get to talk to you much. You're always hiding in your room."

"Oh, sorry..."

"It's fine. So, what's going on with you? Anything interesting happen lately?"

"Well, not really. My life's pretty boring." I chuckle, trying to hide my nervousness.

"I doubt that. You interested in anyone?" He asks.

I freeze. The question caught me off guard.

"Uh... yeah, I guess."

"Oh? Who is it?" Jay asks. "Is it that one dude I see you with all the time?"
