After hours and hours of walking, she could finally see the royal palace of Almira from a distance. Almira felt like a whole different world from where she came from. Everyone seemed so happy and joyous, and she loved it.

"Such beauty to behold!! A total contrast to Azurath indeed. I heard it was even named after its Queen, Almira." she said to herself as she slowly walked backwards.

"Oh, sorry." She quickly apologized when she realized she'd bumped into someone at the marketplace.

"It's okay."
Princess Serafina turned to her, quickly brushing it off like nothing happened.

Wow, her shoes are really pretty. I am sure they were made from the finest of leather.
Her dress too, designed with many jewels.
It's even silk! Only royalty can afford such-
Royalty??

Yen gasped, proceeding to look at the tiara, which graced the princess' head.

"Your Highness."
She said without hesitation, acknowledging the kind that stood before her -blue blood, by bowing.

"It's an honour to meet your acquaintance." The princess said in response to Yen's greetings.

"I'm Serafina, and you are?..."
" Yen. Mi names Yen." She responded, now standing upright.

"What a beautiful name."
"I'm guessing you're new around here. Have fun." Serafina added, about leaving her.

I mean I have heard a lot about the princess and her kind personality... I don't have anywhere to go from here, I don't know what to do. I wonder if she could help me.

Yen thought to herself, as she slowly walked away from the princess. Without overthinking it, she turned to the princess and asked her for help, explaining her situation but not telling her everything about it.

"Oh dear... I guess I can offer you an accommodation at the palace." Princess Serafina responded.

"Really? Thank you so much, your highness. I owe you big time." Yen said as she jumped up and down like a horse, enveloping the princess in a tight hug.

"My pleasure, but you look a mess. Let's get you fixed up, shall we?" The princess said to Yen, who responded with a quick nod.

She was taken to the royal bathhouse - which was reserved for the royal family, and its guests. Though it wasn't used often. There Yen was bathed and given a change of clothes - a short white dress with a built-in corset which accentuated her waist. She was also given a half-up, half-down hairdo.

After Yen was taken care of, she was taken to one of the finest restaurants to have lunch.

"I do not deserve this kind of  treatment." She said to the princess as she stared down at her plate of food.

"All humans deserve special treatment." The princess responded, smiling at Yen. It wasn't too long before Yen finished her meal, as she wasn't fed that much back in King Azazel's palace.

"I am truly flattered, your highness."

"You have to stop calling me that. Sera or Finny is just fine by me."

"I truly appreciate this privilege, Your Highness... Sorry- Finny." She stammered quickly correcting herself.

Later on, both had lunch. They got into a chariot and headed to the palace. While Yen sat in the chariot, she thought to herself:
She's too nice for a human being. Why me though? I only just asked for shelter. She then turned, to look at the princess
with admiration.

As soon as she stepped out of the carriage, her maids rushed forward, relieving her bags and taking off her tiara to ensure her comfort. Rose petals were also sprinkled along every path she walked.
