Izuku and Melissa were making their way through the bustling streets of Matsufutsu having not long finished their visit at the hospital with Rei Himura. The two had stayed for about an hour before they decided it was time to leave as dinner was going to be served soon.

Izuku turned to see the blonde staring at him strangely, "You okay there?"

"I'm fine," Melissa chuckled. "I'm just still surprised that you know the No.2 Hero's ex-wife."

"Well, Mom works there so I know a few of the patients in that hospital."

Melissa hummed, during their visit, Izuku explained that he'd occasionally have to come to see his mother for one reason or another. On occasion, he would meet some of the patients and end up conversing with and paying them visits until they were discharged, transferred or in a few unfortunate circumstances when the patient passed away. Himura was just one of many patients he'd met over the years and the only one he still visited.

"So is there anywhere you want to go next?" Izuku asked.

"Hmm," the young woman thought for a moment, looking around before pointing in one direction. "Oh, what about the arcade?!"

The white-haired boy looked in the direction Melissa pointed and saw an arcade across the streets, "Unfortunately I can't go in there."

"Why not?" Melissa questioned.

"... I'm banned."

"What, how'd you get banned?!"

Izuku went on to explain that due to his lack of friends, he'd picked up video games. At home he ended up playing solo as when others found out about his Quirkless status they would no longer want to play with him, so he usually only played online games where he didn't have to team up with people. When Inko got tired of her son locking himself in his room all day she began giving him an allowance to go to the arcade so that's where he went. Over time Izuku got good at the games there just like back at home, though he was a bit too good. So the young man was eventually banned, not for being Quirkless but because his scores took up the entire scoreboards. This was a process that was repeated on numerous occasions.

"Wait, how many arcades have you been banned from?" The young woman asked.

Izuku sweatdropped, "Almost all of the arcades in the prefecture and even a few in Aichi."

Melissa continued to stand there, completely stunned that her best friend had been banned from that many arcades. Izuku noticed her expression and immediately began to apologize but the blonde to him it was okay and that they could just go elsewhere.

In that moment, Izuku's phone went off. Pulling it out of his pocket he saw a text from his mother asking if it would be okay for him and Melissa to return home as soon as possible.

Melissa peered over his shoulder, "Inko didn't say the reason?"

"No, but let's go home and see."

The two began making their way to the station, as they did so they passed by a small group of people watching the news on a TV inside the display of an electronics store, not paying the bunch any mind.

"...The facility holding the creatures known as Nomu, created by the villain currently at large, Kyudai Garaki, has recently been broken into and multiple of the bodies have been reported missing. It is currently believed that this break-in is related to the escapes of Garaki, Tomura Shigaraki and the villain known as Kurogiri. The Heroes and the police have begun investigations..."

"You're... going out drinking?"

Izuku and Melissa hadn't made it long in the door when he was greeted with Megumi and Mitsuki being present as well which wasn't strange, the only thing that stood out was both Inko and Mitsuki were dressed up.
