Turning the Tides

About half the class was transported by the cloud guy's quirk.

Ida: "IS EVERYBOY STILL HERE!? CAN YOU CONFIRM!?"

Shoji: "We're scattered and in disarray, busy we're all still within park limits. 

Sero: "He has the ability to attack people with a warp in space...!! And he can become intangible, too! Talk about hard to handle!!" 

13 was thinking of a game plan on how to change the tides. Then she looks at Ida. 

No. 13: "... Class President!" 

Ida: "YES!"

No. 13: "I entrust this to you! Please dash as fast as you can back to school and relay the following: Somehow, the alarms never triggered, and our phones have lost reception. Our alarms operate by infrared rays... In spite of Aiza- Eraserhead canceling quirks down below, their continued deactivation... It still, likely, the work of someone with an interfering 'Quirk' ... who wasted no time hiding him or herself. So, in order to smoke that parson out, you must bold and inform the school of our situation." 

Ida was shocked on what 13 had relayed on him. 

Ida: "BUT IT WOULD BE A DISGRACE TO THE CLAA IF THEIR PRESIDENT WERE TO ABAND-"

Sato then interrupted the boy's rant. 

Sato:  "SHE SAID GO, EMERGENCY EXIT!! You can alert the outside of what's going on! There's gotta be a reason they made sure to cause their trouble here!!" 

Sero: "And that means they won't chase after you if you make it out!! Use those legs of yours and kick free of that black mist!!"

No. 13: "Please use your quirk to save others!!"

Ida was still a bit unsure on what to do. 

Uraraka: "It's just like that time in the lunchroom ... Besides, we can back them up as support like nobody's business! Promise!! YOU'RE OUR BEST HOPE CLASS PRESIDENT!!"

With the words from his classmates and 13, he complied.

Cloud Guy: "I may or may not be able to stop him but still, I am surprised there are still simpletons among us who would sprout off their plans while in the company of their enemies." 

13 started to activate her quirk. 

No. 13: "ISN'T IT OBVIOUS!? WE LET YOU HEAR US BECAUSE IT'S NOT A PROBLEM IF YOU KNOW!!"

Meanwhile with Y/n(?): 

The boat was starting to get surrounded. 

Y/n(?): "Man, you're contradicting yourself, but it's better than dying." 

Midoriya: "Those bastards down there... they're clearly all about underwater battle..." 

Asui: "So they must have known about the layout of USJ beforehand and gathered people with that in mind, huh?" 

Midoriya: "Exactly! They stocked up information for the attack! But for a bunch of guys who prepared so meticulously, there's something awfully odd about their behavior. In an underwater zone of combat Asu- Tsuyu, you and Y/n are able to move freely! It's because of both of your strength! So why would they put you two there? So, in other words! They don't know what the students' quirks are!"
