"Tommy read the leaves please honey," Aislynn coed.

"I'm going to teach you to read the leaves so I dont have to keep doing this." Tommy mused.

The ability to see the shapes, letters, or patterns to read the fortune from a cup plays an important role in this lesson. Tommy smirked as Aislynn brewed a cup of tea, Michael was quite interested as well.

"Mum's book, take a look." Tommy offered.

snake meaning enmity or falsehood,

spade meaning disappointment, failure,

mountain meaning hindrance, if there are more than one, but one means the opposite – success

house meaning changes, success

question mark meaning the outcome of the situation is uncertain

acorn meaning wealth

heart meaning good luck, joy, romance, and friendship

line meaning journey; a long straight line meaning long journey, while a wavy line means delayed journey

Aislynn dead panned.

"Boring, I want the if I'm pregnant and the gender test, where is that?" AIslynn countered flipping through the book.

The placement of the symbols in the cup will determine their meaning too. For example, tea leaves in the shape of a tree can have both good and bad meanings. If the tree is placed closer to the rim of the cup, it means your life is in harmony, and you are able to solve problems.

If it's placed in the middle of the cup, it means you may need the help of friends or family to progress in life or with a current situation. And when the tree symbol is shaped at the bottom of the cup, it means your life is not going well. Aislynn snorted a laugh.

"Because you need a tea to know if your life is shit." Aislynn agreed. "This is not mum's book." AIslynn cleared her throat. "You need to re-think your actions and learn from others who have succeeded... come on, mum didnt talk like that."

"It's fathers interpretation." Tommy admitted.

"What?" Aislynn laughed out. "She tried to teach him?"

"I thought you would like that." Tommy agreed his hand trailed over her thigh.

"Fucking hell!" Aislynn laughed out. "i'm looking at this with new eyes. Look at all the success he scribbled down. Oh this is so cute now!"

The position of the shapes in relation to the handle of the cup matters too. In your mind, divide the cup into two parts – a handle and a bowl. Bowl, you will understand which shapes represent the future and which represent the present. Those closer to the handle are related to the present, and those closer to the handle may imply future events.

"Can you use any tea?" MIchael questioned. He was of gypsy blood like them but he didnt get to know his mother long before she passed. BUt getting to be apart of the Hightowers lives, finding Alicent, it was a blessing, it was a real and true family.

"No." Aislynn knew that much.

"Most loose leaf black teas work well for tea leaf reading, as long as they have smaller broken leaves that will leave a residue on the bottom of the cup." Tommy informed him. "Long leaves or ball-shaped oolongs are not useful, can't read anything. The flavored teas Amoret likes are bad too, because they contain other ingredients such as pieces of fruits, buds, that interfere with the reading."

"Well?" Aislynn demanded.

"I'm not telling you how to tell if its a boy or a girl." Tommy corrected taking her. "Well?"

"Congratulations." Tommy remarked softly. "It's a boy."

"Can your leaves do a paternity test?" Aislynn whispered against his ear and Tommy perked up.

Being pregnant at the same time as Alicent was fun. Sort of. Now they got to have children at the same time again. It could be fun. But two moody hormonal Hightower women was less fun for everyone else. As Aislynn was informed the last time.

"A little boy for you too!" Aislynn declared. "I can see it now they will be the best of friends!"

"LIke you and me." Alicent agreed.

"My son will be the pushy over confident little boy protecting your shy and adorable little boy." Aislynn mused.

"Lets be real..." Alicent chuckled. "Probably." she agreed.

"They are going to be the best of friends." Aislynn assured hugging Alicent. "Anari and Linnae are already besties."

"Linnae has a little crush on Aemond." Alicent whispered. "I can see it now, Lynnie they are going to be wed one day!"

"OH? Are they? They are barely a year!"

"Yes." Alicent agreed grinning like a mad man. "And they are going to be perfect together!"

"Well I hope you are right. It would be so cute if they were." Aislynn agreed.

"Oh, did you hear Rhaenyra is pregnant again too?" Alicent questioned.

"I didnt... I should go congratulate her." Aislynn decided.

Rhaenyra was pregnant again and Aislynn had a talk with her. The talk. A talk... a certain who's baby is this going to be talk.

"I heard the good news." Aislynn offered.

"Yes. THe barley test is quite effective." Rhaenyra agreed.

"Gross. You peed on your floor." Aislynn countered. "Teas are so much easier."

"Teas? Teas are the reason my husband-"

"Is it..." Aislynn cut in. "Your husbands this time?"

"Yes!" Rhaenyra declared. "I never... It has been Harwin and only harwin since we wed." Rhaenyra rasped.

"Okay, good, well he ended up in your bed thats something right? And now you will have his child and things will be good." AIslynn decided.

"YOu think? I didnt fuck this up entirely?" Rhaenyra questioned.

"No... no..."

"Try to sound more convincing." Rhaenyra begged.

"As long as Harwin is a good husband than you need not worry about anything else. A good husband, a good father... if he? He seems it."

"He is." Rhaenyra agreed. "But there is still a distance between us that I dont know that I can fix."

"SOme things take time, more time. Be patient."

"Never my strong suit."

"Strong." Aislynn chuckled. "You are funny."
