I saw these beautiful colours booming in and out above the surface and I got captivated almost immediately. I gave Flounder a look, like he knew what I was going to do, then I made a swim for it up towards the surface before Pretty Cure and The Mane Six followed me.

"Ariel! Pretty Cure! Pony! Don't!"I heard Flounder from behind us, but we ignored him. This is something I want to see. I reached my hand out as I inched closer and closer towards the surface and finally I dove out. I quickly peered half of my head back into the water and looked at the sky.

I then saw a ship, which I'm guessing where all this colourful fire was coming from and I couldn't help but smile to myself as I heard the humans on the ship. We decided to follow after the ship and I climbed up onto one of the life boats that were connected to the side of the ship. "Did you see it, Ariel?" Cure Sky asked me, I nodded.

I heard stomping and clapping and cheering and instruments. I looked through a little hole and saw people on the crew begin to sing. "I'll sing you a song of the king of the sea," I saw a man sing, then suddenly get yanked by someone.

"And it's hey to the starboard, heave-ho! heave-ho!" the crew sang as well. I moved slightly to get a much better look and the man from before began to sing again. "The ruler of all of the oceans is he!" the crew started to huddle up and pick up the man. "In mysterious fathoms below!" they all sang together, then began repeating 'heave-ho!' over and over, time and time again.

I then saw a man come out and say enough, then grabbed the man and pulled him away from the crew. "C'mom it's his birthday!" someone said. I adverted my attention to this birthday man and the guy that pulled him away from the rest of the ship. Seems like an interesting conversation is about to erupt.

"Oh c'mon Grimsby! What's wrong with me having a little fun! Everyone else is!" the man said, turning to who I now recognize as "Grimsby". "You Sire, are NOT everyone else" he reminded the man. He grabbed something out of the man's hand and continued to speak. "It's time you separate yourself from the rest of the crew."

"Oh but I'm one of them!" the man cried out. "And behave in a man that is more becoming of a future King" the Grimsby guy, kind of scolded. The man looked a bit offended and turned to look back at Grimsby. "You mean be more like my father was? Cut off from the rest of the world" he walked off to go take a seat and Grimsby followed. "Oh Eric you know what I mean!" ahh so his name is Eric.

"When you came to us 21 years ago, the King and Queen took you in and treated you as one of their own," the Grimsby fellow continued to speak. I got distracted by the rest of the conversation when a cute fluffy dog approached me and I couldn't help myself, so I began to pet its head.

"Max, Max!" I heard the voice of Eric yell, which I'm assuming is the name of this dog. I quickly retrieved my hand back, so Eric wouldn't notice me. "What're you doing over there, c'mere boy" he said, as he carried the dog away from me. I peered my head back into the hole to continue listening to the previous conversation that Eric and Grimsby were discussing moments ago.

"Hehe, a dog named Max love you, Ariel." Cure Butterfly and Misty laughed as I nodded and chuckled.

"Now that you've come of age, your responsibilities are at home," Eric sighed at the sentence. "Your father would've expected that." Grimsby pushed and Eric quickly replied. "Yes, trapped inside that castle with isolation and fear" he turned to face Grimsby. he and I, we're nearly the same. "I can't do it."

"I believe a little fear may be advisable," Grimsby said and Eric approached him. "You're not listening, I want to be a different kind of leader, that's the whole reason we're on this voyage. don't you see? I have to stay open to what's out here, that's the only way our island can grow." Eric explained then walked over to the railing of the boat and looked out into the horizon.

"Eric, think what you'd risk," I heard the voice of Grimsby. "I can't explain it Grims, it's in my blood. Even now I- I feel there's something out here.. calling to me." I was still ducked down looking at Eric and listening in on his every word, not even noticing there was a storm incoming, until he mentioned it.

"That's not good, girls." Cure Sky said as she, I and her friends began to worry about Eric.

"Storm coming in fast.." he muttered. suddenly he sped back over to the rest of the crew and started yelling at them to put all hands on deck. I just watched as everyone scurried about, talking over one another. I watched as Eric ran to take over the steering wheel and steer it the other way. The ship was heading towards a rock and I could see that Eric wouldn't be able to successfully steer the boat away in time, so I hopped off and back into the water.

I watched from the water as the ship crashed into the rock and people started falling overboard. Somehow the boat caught on fire and Eric started yelling for everyone to abandon ship. I wish I could help, but all I could do was sit and watch. Everyone made it onto the life boats and I saw Eric about to hop off the boat when suddenly I heard a barking noise and apparently Eric heard it too.

"Max," I saw him mouth then I watched as he sped towards the dog, still barking for Eric to come help him. Eric successfully made his way to Max and carefully threw him into the water, so he could swim to the crew on the boat. I wanted to help in someway, so I dove underwater and placed my hand under Max's belly to help him swim faster to the boat.

Once, I've done so, I continued swimming underwater to go back to the place I was originally watching from, but I didn't see Eric anywhere.

"Where is he?" Cure Prism and Hitch asked as Pretty Cure, The Mane Six and I started to panic and swim closer to the boat in search for Eric, but this statue fell straight into the water, nearly hitting us on top of the head. But I didn't care, I was still frantically looking around.

Where's Eric?
