Chapter 3: A familiar face

Len's (billy) POV:
I was doing the dishes, as Ai and the twins were watching the TV show Ai was in.

Ruby: "I can't wait to see your performance, mama!" Ruby exclaimed. She was on Ai's lap lmao.

Ai: "Well, they did film me quite a bit." Ai responded smiling.

Here it comes...!

Ruby: "Oh, this is the scene!" Ruby literally points out in the screen. "C'mon, give her a close up!"

I soon realize they become upset the more they watch the scene. I finish washing the dishes and walk behind the couch and watch behind them.

Ruby: "What?! That's all?!"

Aqua: "Just bit of a single scene?!"

Ruby: "They cut way too much!"

They both exclaim, "I wonder if my acting was bad..." Ai questions and looks at Ruby.

Aqua seems to be on his phone and contacting someone. "No, it definitely wasn't!" Ruby replies, before literally turning her body towards Ai.

"Wait, what? They cut too much of your scene?" wut 😟

Ai: "Yes." Ai looks at me, and I sigh. "I guess your acting was so good it was too much to handle." I say and add a slight chuckle after my statement.

my face: 😔

Ai giggles, "Yes! I'm sure of it!" Ruby yells pumping her fist.

I smile and immediately run to the front of the couch and snatching Ruby from Ai's arms. "mine."

Ai: "Stop being so clingy!" Ai snatches Ruby back. I stomp my feet dramatically, "grrrr....." I say jokingly.

In the distance, I hear Aqua yelling on the phone. I shrug it off. He must be raging so hard right now.

Later...
For some absolute reason, Ai got offered another gig but in a condition Aqua is in the film.

Gotanda and Aqua are talking over there.

Miyako walks over there, "Director, thank you for taking care of Aqua today." She bows.

They continue talking and I just sit there. What do I do tho?

LATER AGAIN.

Ruby: "Mama! Mama! I wanna go back to Mama!" Ruby yells, as she cries on the floor and throws a tantrum.

Ruby: "Why isn't Mama here?!"

Aqua: "Because she doesn't film the same days as me." Aqua responds as he looks down at Ruby.

I run over to Ruby and just lift her up, "You gotta stop crying... You're too old for this stuff..." I pat Ruby as she just continues crying

Ruby: "I wanna go home and snuggle up to her! I wanna be held to Mama's breast and be pampered!" Ruby continues exclaiming as I attempt to hush her down.

Aqua: "Listen to Len-san, will ya..?" He sighs.

Suddenly, a red haired girl turns and holds the script in a rolled form. "This is a professional worksite, you know?!"
