"How can you even expect her to confess her feelings, when you have clearly mentioned that you are in love with someone else! "

Sam said , everyone nodded their head in agreement. I laid back on my couch and yawned lazily, it was early in the morning and I could not get a complete sleep.

"Dadi told me about my marriage out of nowhere, so I had no other option. I could have told about Mishti to dadi that time but I wanted to hear it from her, if she really loves me then she will confess to me! " I uttered being stubborn.

They all shook their heads in disbelief  , I shrugged off .

"Bhai, I saw Mishti ascending the stairs, I guess she wants to talk to you! " Kirti informed as she rushed into the room, she's breathing heavily. She's my Chacha'a daughter. Everyone's eyes shifted to me and I grinned in happiness.

"We all need to hide before she comes here! " Sam said and everyone started looking here and there, I hit the back of her head and glared at her. "Get the hell out of my room, I don't want you all to create obstacles! " I said strictly, they all pouted and showed me their puppy eyes.

"Out.. One... Two and -"

Everyone left the room, I quickly closed my wardrobe, pulled back my chair and sat down. My heartbeat increased hearing the footsteps approaching towards my room . And after a few seconds I could see her reflection on the cleaned white marvel but pretended like I had no idea about her presence. I was just staring at a random file and sitting in my arm chair.

She stood there for atleast two minutes, then knocked the door. I bit my inner cheeks to not smile, her aura was enough to make me smile. "Hmm come in! " I muttered without even taking a glance of her. I always try to avoid the eye contact with her because she drives me crazy.

"Uhm hii! " she stood just in front of me , I closed the book and looked up faking a surprising expression. "Good morning Princess! " I greeted her and pointed at the next chair for her to seat buf she shook her head. "Actually I want to tell you something! " she said in hesitation, finally the most awaited moment was here.

"Something very important! " she added, I nodded. "Feel free to share! "

Her facial expressions changed, she was scared a bit, she was nervous, her fingers were curled around each other. But then she didn't say anything. I lifted my eyebrows and she sighed. I stood up and went near her. She became conscious so took a step back, I didn't move further.

"Actually-"

"Actually? " I was enjoying her expression, I wanted to continue playing with her. She bit her lips, she's giving me hard times to control honestly. I inserted my both hands in my pant pocket and remained quiet. I could feel her nervousness through her action, she always greets me by bowing down her head with a smile plastered on her lips but today it's different.

"It's so stupid of me to say something like this at this moment, but I just wanted you to know. I don't want to live with this regret that I could never told you. I know there is no meaning of saying it now but I just wanted to let you know that I Love You. I fell for you the moment my eyes landed on you. I don't know how and why, but I just know you make my heart happy in every possible way without even doing anything! "

My happiness reached no limits, it's the simplest proposal anyone would have ever gotten, but the way she kept her words and showed her feelings it blew my mind. I cleared my throat, "Is it? " I asked suppressing my wide grin and she nodded.

"But I already told you that I am in love with someone else! " I added, her face dropped instantly but she nodded again. "I know, it's your problem not mine. I just wanted to confess you my feelings, that's it! " she muttered, I could feel jealousy and frustation through her each words. But she was calm too.
