Imagine: unexpected pregnancy with Gabriel and Y/n

Y/n's POV
I had gone to the doctors because I had been having extreme pain in my stomach it felt like there was a knife in my stomach that was repeatedly stabbing me
At first I thought it was my time of the month however I started throwing up constantly and I knew exactly what it was
I sat in the doctors office with my parents who were more than disappointed in me, I'm lucky I'm not dead right now
"Y/n have you told Gabriel?" Gabriel is my boyfriend of a year I haven't told him as I didn't want to freak him out like that when it could be a false alarm
I nodded no "you need to talk to him especially since its not just one kid it's 4" I nodded again not saying anything as I was afraid to talk in fear of being screamed at
2 boys and 2 girls, I'm screwed
I decided I needed to see him in person even if I wanted throw up at the thought of seeing him
He came and got me, I got into the car and didn't say anything as I was petrified
He kissed me and said "how was your day?" I debated on what I wanted to start out with
"Good for the most part" I said, although I was scared for his reaction I was excited and scared
We talked about a bunch of stuff and ended up going to dinner then went back to his house
We laid in his bed together watching stupid videos on Instagram and stuff
Then I knew I had to come clean because if I didn't wouldn't and I didn't want him finding out some other way (as in by the sonogram and pregnancy test in my bag or my parents calling his mom and dad)
"Baby" I said sitting up and biting my lip like a cringy 2000s movie "yeah?" He said sitting up with me "I have something I need to tell you and it's something that is going to scare you" I said telling him the truth
"You wanna break up?" He said "no" I said shaking my head "you watched our favorite tv show without me? How could you!" He said being dramatic "Gabriel" I said wanting to whack him his own pillow
"It's not about that either dramatic ass" I said rolling my eyes and pulling my stuff out of my bag, "oh, then what's wrong?" He said realizing he was overreacting
I pulled the pregnancy test and the sonogram, "I'm pregnant" I said whispering as I placed them in front of him
He looked at it then started laughing "haha very funny y/n but seriously y/n what's wrong?" He said not taking the situation seriously
"Gabriel I'm serious" I said trying to get him to understand the situation "no you're not" he laughed
I rolled my eyes and said "do you want to watch me take a pregnancy test?" I asked
"I mean I still think your joking but ok" Gabriel said as I pulled a pregnancy test out of my bag and went to his bathroom with him
I did my business and waited for the pregnancy test to load the results
Gabriel was still smiling like he was drunk then the results came in, I wiped down the pregnancy test after all I did pee on it so let's not do that and handed it to him because I already knew what it said
His eyes widened as he looked at the results it was positive and I showed him my stomach as I was already showing by now
He looked like he was going to faint "easy Gabriel we don't want you dying yet" I said
He went back into the room picking up the sonogram, "we are having 4 kids" he whisper yelled knowing his dad was in the other room
I nodded he hugged me carefully so as not to hurt the kids and me because he has a death grip
"What are we going to do?" I asked after he peppered my face with kisses "do your parents know?" He asked "yes" I said
"Well then we have a meeting with my parents hopefully tomorrow, are you spending the night?" He asked I nodded yes as I don't want to deal with all the tension with my parents "ok well you get yourself comfortable while I go talk to my dad" Gabriel said giving me a kiss
I kissed him back and he went down stairs to talk to his dad while I changed into comfy clothes (his hoodie and shorts)
Gabriel's POV
I didn't know how to react to the news of y/n's pregnancy
Am I happy? yes, Am I scared? Yes are my parents going to murder me? Most likely
We always used protection before anyone freaks out I guess it just didn't work this time around
I nervously went down stairs and spotted my dad watching TV "hey papá" I said getting his attention
"Yes Gabriel?" He asked looking me "is there any way me you and mamá can have lunch together tomorrow with y/n I have something I want to discuss with both of you and it would just be easier if you were both there" I said knowing both of them will probably strangle me when they find out what happened
He looked at me then grabbed his phone and started texting my mom
"She said yes what time?" "Lunch time" I said "ok" he said showing me the message that she had said yes
"Thank you" and I went back upstairs to spot y/n looking beautiful as always
"All good" I said closing my door and getting into bed next to her
And we both fell asleep
The Next Day
We had lunch with my parents "so what did you want to talk with us about son?" My dad said and I looked at y/n she nodded
"Mamá Papá, I don't know how to say this in a nice way so I'm gonna be blunted about it, y/n's pregnant" I said and you could see the color drain from my moms face
"Gabriel Guevara Mourreau!" Both of my parents said at the same time which scared y/n but I held her hand reassuring her that it's not her fault
"Gabriel you did what?" My father said raising his voice at me "we did use protection but it didn't work this time" I said honestly as I knew I wouldn't do it without protection at this point
I could see fear in y/n's eyes "how could you be so reckless??" My mother asked me
"We did use protection everytime I guess this was one of the times where it just wasn't going to work" I reiterated to them
Both my parents were stunned I couldn't blame them were only 17/18 years old
"It isn't just one kid it's 4" I said and I thought my mom was going to faint like I almost did yesterday
"Do your parents know y/n?" My mom asked "yes" y/n said "what do they think about this?" Mi mamá asked "they aren't happy with me either but their trying to be supportive" y/n said honestly
A Few Months Later

A few months when by and the parents came to terms with the fact that they would be grandparents earlier than expected
Y/n gave birth on February 8th 2020 in Madrid Spain to 4 healthy kids

Gabriel was supportive of her the entire time even if he was a little gross out by all the gore of the human body
Present Day (2023)
Gabriel and Y/n woke up to their kids jumped on them "guys it's 8 in the morning chill" y/n said laughing at her small 3 year olds
"Hungry!" The 4 kids said yelling at their parents "ok mis amores we will feed you when you stop jumping on us" Gabriel said giving his kids kisses on the cheek
They stopped and Gabriel and y/n got up to feed them
Gabriel and Y/n got married in 2020 and had been raising their kids together living their best lives
