Archie's Pov

It was heartbreaking hear what Talia was going through and to make matters worst I was not there to help her or to hold her. I was definitely going to help out anonymously ofcourse with the finances relating to the funeral and the celebration that she told me about called the 'nineth night' and the 'set up'. Weird names but I guess that's where they drink alcohol, eat food, sing and dance reminiscing about the good times with the ones who had passed. 

I had sent $150,000 USD through my private investigator and told him to pose as a charity representative or make something up but do not disclose its origins. I was not sure how much she would need so I packed heavy I would do anything for that woman. 

I will be meeting with Princess Ashantilee for our first meet and greet and I guess get acquainted before we are wed in the next 4 weeks. Things were moving way too fast for my liking and I could do nothing to stop the hands of time as I only wanted to be married to Talia like we had dreamed. 

I stood in the royal den as I awaited her presence, cladded heels kissed the ground with each step sounding elegant as they came closer. My eyes moved to the beautiful brunette who stood before me with the most gorgeous dress and her smile was heartwarming. Ashantilee was white with dark brown hair and hazel eyes, she was beautiful yes but she was no Talia. I preferred my coffee black wink wink, Ashantilee had too much milk in hers. 

We greeted each other and and I guided her to the sitting area, we spent the afternoon talking and formally getting to know each other. She was well mannered and smart however there was just something about her that did not sit well with me and I could not place my fingers on it just yet. The always say what is in the dark must come to the light so I will not worry if I should know I will know. 

I will be doing some further back ground checks on princess Ashantilee as I will not tolerate any disruption of what little peace I have left and lately its been dwindling since Talia left well since I- whatever you know what I mean. 

Jimmy's Pov

It is so funny how easily accessible the patient's records file is at these Jamaican hospitals. I just flirted with the nurse at the front desk and convinced her I was from a specialist private institution for heart health and that I needed a patient of mine information. Just like that she gave it to me along with her phone number, I think it was my accent along with my boyish charm. 

When I got to my hotel room I scanned her file and saw she is pregnant, oh no this is not good an illegitimate child oh no the King will not be happy about this but I have an obligation to the prince and besides I am still under contract with him. 

I quickly call him in hopes he would answer and get this grave news assuming that this is his child because face it we won't know until a DNA test is done, this will definitely cause an issue if the King was to get wind of it. Seeing that there is no one else to be his successor the most he will do is to revoke certain rights or privileges from Prince Archie.

"Hello sir I have some major updates for you regarding Miss Natalia, I was able to get her medical files from the hospital she was in when she went MIA. She aum she is pregnant sir 8 weeks to be exact, I do not want to be prying but may I have permission to ask a question my Prince?" I nervously asked.

"If you are going to ask if it is mine it is I know it for a fact, and I also know that you are thinking that the child is going to be deemed illegitimate. Well all is true but that will not deviate from the fact that the child is mine and I will do all in my power to make sure he/she and their mother will want of nothing. I am a man and the future King these are my duties and the destiny I was given so I will make the best of it.

I guess this is what she wanted to tell me before I dropped the heavy bomb on her about the engagement and my future Kingship. Jimmy are you able to get in contact with her as soon as possible and tell her to call me it is urgent!" He ordered and disconnected the line.

Well now I have all the answers as to why he was adamant on finding this woman it is clear as day that he is madly in love and I have known Archie for a while now and he never is invested this much in a woman. Natalia is indeed special that he is willing to risk it all for her I must help him through this for the sake of love.

Natalia's Pov

I sat in my room staring off into nothing as I allow my mind to take me to the happy places with Archie, Devon and Grandma Betty. Three people all at once how could life be so cruel to me then throw me a curve ball by bringing a new life in the picture. I need to talk to Archie because I would not want his child to grow up without the knowledge of their father, but at the same time I can't be selfish and ruin his whole hierarchy with this baby.

So many decisions to be made and I don't know what to do, I looked to the ceiling asking for some answers from God for at least just a sign or some guidance so I can do the right thing. All my life I have been doing things to make everyone but myself happy and I think it's time I do for me so I guess I will tell him.

I'll send him a message or should I call him, I opted to call it's best to hear it from my voice as this is very important. The phone rang 4 times and no one answered, I called 5 times after but there was not answer so I sent him an email.

Dear Archie, I know that since I came back home I have not been in contact with you but there was something I urgently needed to talk to you about but rather do it over the phone so I could hear your voice. Please call me as soon as you can, love Talia.

A man came by the other day and presented us with a large sum of money saying it was to be used towards the funeral arrangements given by a charity that Grandma Betty was a part of. I had no recollection of that but I graciously accepted it because we had no money to help with the arrangements I guess God was definitely looking out for us.
