Hunger Games Hatmitch's Pov

Chapter 4

*** sorry I've taken so long to keep writing, I lost some interest but I just got back into it***

As Peeta and Katniss are away getting ready for the opening ceremony. I go up to the room and try my hardest to not drink.
These kids could actually do it, I have to keep reminding myself, and I need to be there to help them if or when they need it.

I decided I would take a shower clean up and rest a little before I go to meet the tributes.

I am walking to the elevator when one of my old friends who won the games before mine came up to me. She was from district 5.

"Haymitch! Wait up!"

I stop and look at her and greet her with a hug.

"Hey you don't smell like alcohol for once." She said with a small smile.

"Had to sober up for my tributes." I tell her

"Yeah yours look tough this year, lucky for you mine are small and weak." She says

I am slightly disgusted at what she said but the games have ruined all of us and I know she doesn't care any more.

"Any ways I'll see you later I've gotta go find my tributes." She says running off.

When I make it down to the room where the chariots will end up after the ceremony.
I realize I am a little early

I am soon joined by Cinna and Portia

"They look great, people won't be able to take their eyes off of them." Cinna says to me.

"Good that's what we want, what we need really." I say.
When the Chariots finally roll in we go to meet Peeta and Katniss at theirs. Cinna was right they looked great.

Portia extinguished the flames and the stepped down from the cart. I noticed they were holding hands.

Katniss notices and immediately lets go.

I tell them how good they did and they had to have caught the eye of everyone in there.

I turn to talk to Cinna when I notice that Katniss kisses Peeta on the cheek. Now I'm confused is she messing with him or does she like him as well.
If she does that could help in them in the games. 

***hey sorry guys I got logged out of my Wattpad and I guess I used an old email and I didn't know but I just tried to get on an hour ago and it worked!!!! Lol so look who's back!! I will have more for this story don't worry if there are even people still interested*****
