Fighting for my life ~ dsmp

Above is what my Minecraft skin looks like incase anyone was wondering :)

    "Purpled!  Hey!" a voice behind me spoke.

    I turned around and saw Nightfox with three other people.  One was a half cyborg man with green eyes and blonde hair.  The second had long brown hair, wore a blue cape and a golden crown.  The last looked similar to the first one except he had blue hair instead of blonde and had red eyes instead of green.

    "Hey, what's up?" I asked.

    "Not much, me and the gang were wanting to play some bedwars together," they said.

    "Your team name?" the lady asked Fox.

    "Bedwars Bros," Fox said. "See y'all in the game."

    "Yeah," I told them. "May the best team win."

    We got teleported to the lobby area.  My team and Fox's team were the only ones there so the eight of us were just chatting.  I found out that Fox, the female, and the green eyed cyborg had meet as kids and they meet the other cyborg through a 3v3 game.  Eventually the other two teams joined and we got teleported to our bases.

    Levi got straight to bed defense as Walli, Boomer, and I headed over to the diamond island.  Luckily each team went to their own diamond island so we didn't have to worry about fighting right away.  I was hoping Fox's team would make it to the end so we could have a rematch.  Walli and Boomer headed back to our island and turned in their diamonds to get us reinforced armor and sharpened swords.  Meanwhile, I headed to the main island to get emeralds.

    There were a few other people at the middle when I got there.  I was still in a mood from my fight with Sapnap so I went to the closest person to me and attacked them.  The person hadn't seen me so I was able to kill them pretty quickly.  I got two emeralds and five diamonds when they died.  I got hit in the arm and turned to find the person I killed's teammate.  They did not seem happy.  As a matter of fact, this person looked like the guy who attacked me the other day when I collected my money. 

    "You asshole!" He screamed as he tried to hit me again.  I guess it was the same person from the other day.

    Ignoring his insults and slurs, I got away from him long enough to run back to my base.  Unfortunately he followed me and now his teammates were rushing our base.  As our teams were locked in battle, we heard the roar of a dragon.  I looked towards the middle to see the announcement that green team's bed had been destroyed.  I wasn't sure what team Fox was on so it could have been their bed. 

    I was pulled back to the fight at hand as an arrow pierced my stomach.  I looked over in time to see Walli kill the person that had shot me.  The other team was finally out of our base and Levi got back to fixing our bed defenses.  I pulled the arrow out my stomach and Walli got me a gapple.  I'm going to have to patch that up when I get back to the Dream SMP.  The gapple healed my wound for now so I headed back to the middle island. 

    I stood at the top of the island as I heard swords clashing below me.  My team was red and I found out that Fox's team was blue.  That meant that they were still in the game.  As if on que, I heard the chime that signaled someone was dead.  I guess yellow team went after green rather than trying to fight us again.  I finally hopped down to where the generators are and started collecting some of the emeralds.  I didn't run into anyone else as I headed back to my base and got some ender pearls.

    "Yo Purp, clean up crew in the middle!" Walli called.

    Walli, Boomer, and I headed to the middle and waited for the fighters to kill each other off.  Once there were three people left, we went in.  In the end, Walli and I remained as Boomer had gotten knocked off the edge and sent back to our island.  The smell of blood flooded my senses as it stained on the armor I was wearing.  I heard three more chimes and looked up to see that the green team had been eliminated.  Another roar followed the chimes and yellow's bed had been destroyed.

    Eventually all of the bed were destroyed and it was down to my team and Fox's team.  I messaged Fox really quick and told them to have our teams meet in the middle island. 

    "Hey guys, let's go to the middle island but don't attack anyone just yet," I told Levi, Boomer, and Walli.  They all nodded and we headed over. 

    I was standing facing Fox with Walli and Boomer on my right and Levi on my left.  We all stood there for a moment, not speaking.

    "You down for a rematch?" Fox asked me.

    "Thought you'd never ask," I said with a smile. 

    With that our teams got locked in a fight.  Levi went after the female with the crown, Walli went after the cyborg with blue hair, and Boomer went after the cyborg with blonde hair while I went after Fox.  Fox and I separated a bit from the group as we continued to fight.  They pulled out a bow and shot at me, narrowly missing my face.  Déjà vu much?  I heard two chimes as Levi and his opponent knocked each other into the void. 

    Returning back to my opponent, I rushed at Fox at aimed for their chest.  I landed a good blow and they staggered back a bit before eating a gapple.  Boomer ran by while screaming my name as his opponent chased him around.  It made me laugh.  My laugh was cut short when I felt metal rest against my neck.  Fox had their sword against my neck as a form of asking me to surrender.  Another chime rang out as Boomer had been killed.

    Fox and I were dancing around the middle island as each of us got away for a second to catch our breath before the other tried attack again.  A chime rang out again as the green eyed cyborg died.  By this time, I had grown tired and it was obvious that I wasn't the only one.  Two more chimes rang out as I saw Walli and the other cyborg fall into the void.  It was down to me and Fox.  Now it was just a battle of who could last longer. 

    I finally pushed Fox over the edge but caught their hoodie before they fell.  Their life was in my hands now.  We were both tired and panting from exhaustion.  Fox had already accepted defeat and welcomed death with open arms. 

    "You fought well," I told them.  "I was just a little bit better."  With that I let go of their hoodie and they fell into the void.  A chime rang out that signaled that I had won.  I was then teleported back to the main lobby area. 

    "You did it Purp!" Walli exclaimed as he jumped up and down around me.

    "That was a close match," Levi said. 

    "Congrats on the win," Fox said from behind me. 

    "You put up a good fight," I said, turning to face them. 

    The eight of us got to talking for a bit before I remembered that I had arrow wound in my stomach.  Boomer and I said goodbye to the others then headed back to Dream SMP portal.  We went through the portal then headed our separate ways. 

    As I was walking to Las Nevadas, I looked down at my hoodie to find blood starting to stain it.  That's the thing about Hypixel and the other restricted portals.  Once you get back to your world, any major wound or death wound ends up scarring on your body and in most cases bleeding as well. 

    I finally got back to Las Nevadas by the time the moon has risen.  Quackity tried to stop me to talk about something but stopped when he saw the blood on my hoodie.  I got back to my apartment and cleaned and bandaged my stomach, again mind you as my other wound hadn't completely healed yet.  I checked in for the night and decided to see what Quackity wanted in the morning.  I fell asleep to the sound of DogChamp's soft snores and the soft glow of my antennas.
