New came home he didn't know what to do "Newwiee will you have dinner" Gulf asked as soon as he saw New coming home, but New didn't respond and just went to his room making Gulf a bit startled because New had never been like that, it was first time seeing New like that. Mew was also with him he too was a bit startled to his brother react like that. Seeing Gulf said, "Don't worry maybe he had a bad day?" Mew said assuring Gulf not to worry so much, that was the last conversation they had with New. From then onwards New locked himself in his bedroom, he didn't even go out to eat but Gulf kept his food outside his room so that New could eat it whenever he wanted, Tay was busy and he thought maybe New wanted to rest so he didn't go to bother him so much but it had been a week Tay started to feel suspicious about New acting strange these days so he called him so many times but his phone was unanswered.

It's driving him mad. Why shouldn't he? Counting up, it is the seventh time that he calls New. Not even one was picked up.

Tay tries to calm himself down. But he can't. Why didn't New answer his call? Did he do something wrong, causing New to sulk and start to behave this way? So far as he could remember, he had to surprise him. Tay was planning to propose to him today but now couldn't think of anything more. 'Maybe he is busy' he tried to convince himself. But, to Tay's knowledge, both of them had an empty schedule today and usually he would hang out with him but today was different from the morning he felt something strange had happened but he couldn't point out what it was.
'Just why can't he pick up the phone? Just once, just pick up the phone New I want to hear your voice, he says to himself again and again.

He decided to stop dialling, 'Maybe he is out I'll call him back after 15 minutes' he decided. But it's not even 5 minutes when he back again dialling his number.

New never behaved this way before. Even if he's sulking, he won't do this. Maybe he ignores the first and the second call. But he'll sure pick up on the third, with the whining, sulking tone, saying how worst he was but he still loves him. New always did that. But this time, it's not, and Tay has a very bad feeling about it.

He grabs his phone once again, dialling a number. It's not New but Gulf. With a few ringing tones, he almost yells when Gulf finally pick up the phone.

"Tay, what's the matter? Are you all right?" It was Mew who was talking Tay checked the phone he was sure he called Gulf and not new but then thought maybe Mew picked up his phone.
"Mm, nothing p I'm fine it's just New where is he I've been calling him for a long time he isn't answering I wanted to call him out and p you know he is acting strange these days so I wanted to first take him out but where is he?? He hasn't picked up my call. Not even once" Tay said though there's something very suspicious in the question Mew had asked 'Huh why would he ask if I'm fine? He just saw me yesterday '

There's a long silence at the end of the line. Tay waits Mew finally says something when he is about to ask again.

"Tay kid I'm sorry he... I don't know maybe he is tired he didn't even answer the door when I went to his room maybe he is tired you should meet him at night," Mew said at the end and the call ended, maybe accidentally or purposely, Tay didn't know he is so confused.

Coming to think of it New was acting a bit strange these days he was kind of maintaining distance from him that's why he wanted to talk and clear the misunderstanding Maybe it was dinner itself where they would talk to each other he just sighed trying his luck once again calling New which was left unanswered.

It was evening at last every minute felt like an hour to Tay, he was waiting for New from the last conversation he had with Mew, "Why aren't they here? It's already time Newwiee Where are you?" He thought he had a bad feeling for New ignoring him "Tay baby why are you there Come in New will come don't worry" Krist calls him. Yes, it's a party, a get-together with the kids of two families as the parents went overseas for business the kids decided they should have a get-together since all are busy these days, especially Tay who is stressed out about Kay and everyone noticed something is wrong with New he is not in his usual self.
