Tay and New are in a much happier place now after resolving their recent disagreement. Despite Tay's memory lapse, he placed his trust in New and reaffirmed their commitment to each other. New, feeling a sense of relief, disclosed to Tay about the Army's scheme to make him jealous.

"So, this was all that guy's doing?" Tay's voice held a hint of irritation as he processed the revelation. New couldn't help but giggle softly at Tay's reaction. "New, promise me you won't go near that idiot again," Tay said firmly, his concern evident in his tone. New nodded giggling.

The following day, New prepared for work with a noticeable grin on his face. It had been quite some time since anyone had seen New smile so genuinely. Ever since the accident a few months back, his smile seemed to have disappeared, but today it returned with a radiant brightness that couldn't be missed. Mew couldn't help but feel a surge of happiness at the sight of his brother's restored joy.

New thought everything was finally falling into place, believing they could have a fresh start. But his happiness was short-lived as Toby, the source of his past nightmares, reappeared unexpectedly.

New's heart sank as Toby's familiar smirk sent a chill down his spine. It was as if the past had come back to haunt him just when he thought he had finally escaped its grasp. Anxiety twisted in his gut, threatening to suffocate the newfound happiness he had worked so hard to build. The fear of his past secrets being exposed clawed at his mind, painting a bleak picture of rejection and shame.

Tay had excused himself to talk to someone else, New stands alone in the hall way of the company, the sound of his own rapid breaths echoing off the walls.

As Toby emerged from his conversation with Tay, a sinister grin crept onto his lips, sending a shiver down New's spine. The hallway seemed to constrict around him, amplifying the sound of his own breaths as anxiety gripped him tightly.

"Well, well, well... Look who's all alone and vulnerable," Toby taunted, his voice laced with malice as he approached New.

New met Toby's gaze with a steely glare, masking the trembling anger beneath his facade. "What do you want, Toby?" he demanded, his tone sharp with irritation.

Toby's smirk widened, enjoying the discomfort he was causing. "Oh, just a little chat between old friends. You know, catching up on old times," he replied casually, though there was a glint of something darker in his eyes.

"I have nothing to say to you. Leave me alone. And we are not and never will be friends. You are a monster," New retorted, his voice rising slightly with each word, his anger boiling over.

Toby's demeanor faltered, his confidence shaken by New's boldness. He recoiled slightly, taken aback by the force of New's words. Despite his attempts to maintain control, New's refusal to back down struck a nerve, exposing Toby's vulnerability beneath his facade of arrogance.

Toby's step forward was deliberate, his demeanor exuding menace as he closed the distance between them. His words dripped with malice, each syllable laced with the promise of trouble.

"Oh, but you do have something to say, New. Something that might interest your precious Tay... and maybe even your dear brothers," Toby taunted, his voice low and dangerous.

New felt a chill run down his spine as Toby's threat hung in the air. Panic surged within him, his mind racing with the implications of Toby's words. What could Toby say? What secrets lay exposed, ready to shatter the fragile peace he had fought so hard to build?

The mention of Tay and his brothers struck a nerve, reminding him of the fragile connections he had painstakingly built, now threatened by the specter of his past.
