A day after Holi,
Anubhav was happy. He had finally three days off from training to meet his family. At the same time, the three cadets who had previously failed in a certain task were able to cope with it. He felt a different excitement because no one knew about it- It would be a surprise for each one of them, be it his wife, Maa- Ammi or Vicky, and MPT. And almost 3 months was a long wait.
He was having a last look on his packaged stuff before leaving for Airport. 'A ding', disturbed him.
"hey prabhu ab kon hai, jo bhi hai bas koi buri khabar na laaya ho", he prayed. He found his two cadets Dheeraj and Ruhi standing in front of the door with a gift hamper.
AS- Aasha karte hai koi nayi gadbad nahi kari hogi tum dono ne
Ruhi- Sir aapne hum dono ki image hi bigaad ke rakh di hai. Har jagha bas yahi bolte hai
D- Ab kya ek galati ko jeevan bhar sunayenge.
AS- woh ek galati tumhara yaha se ticket katwa deti...(huff) Dekho tum dono ko lagta hoga ki logo ki soch badal jayegi ya bas training tak ki baat hai. Lekin aisa nahi hai hume log aaj tak question karte hai humari relationship ke liye.
Ruhi- Logo se matlab nahi hai sir, aap humari help kar rahe hai woh bahout hai. You inspire us.
(he smiled)
D- Woh alag baat hai isne sabse zyada gaali di thi aapko first day (she glared while Anubhav raised an eyebrow)
Ruhi- (Nervously) Sir ye woh aapki wife ke liye gift.
AS- training hum de rahe hai? Senior se tumhari love story hum chupa rahe hai or gift Haseena ke liye?
Ruhi- Us din aapne kaha tha woh aapki inspiration hai isliye, waise bhi mujhe nahi lagta apko unke liye khuch gift khareedne ka time mila hoga.
D- unki ek photo dekh ke isse jitna samjh aaya is ne le liya. Khuch bhi na pasand aaye uske liye sorry.
AS- Dhanyawaad...(he smiled taking the gift)
Ruhi- Happy journey sir.
Saying so both left leaving a content on his face, at least he was proving to be a good mentor not like his seniors. And he knew for sure, these two will put their body, mind and soul for the nation first then each other at the moment.

Haseena on call with Alok,
HM- Humara aana toh bahout mushkil hoga Alok. Hum abhi bhi thane me hi hai, Late ho jayega.
Alok- Acha ek kaam karta hoon mai tere ghar aajata hoon. Pata nahi kaise reh gaya yaar. Sorry.
HM- koi baat nahi acha hua ghuma nahi. Ab ghar aa hi raha hai toh dinner?
Alok- Nahi...Nahi, wapis aana hai. Mumma ki tabiyat phirse dheeli hai
HM- Tujhe dusre doctor se consult kar lena chahiye.
Alok- Hmm, parso Ammi ki doctor se liya hai appointment.
(Maddam Sir, someone called)
HM- acha phir hum shaam ko baat karte hai.
Alok- Bye

Their Home,
HM- Coffee toh pi le
Alok- Nahi, yaar sidha khana ab, is time coffee-chai band kardi maine. Waise Anubhav ke regarding koi news?
(he takes the glass of water she brings)
HM- nahi abhi tak toh chuthi ka khata than than gopal hi hai (bell rings) ruk mai abhi aayi gate khol ke
Alok- mai bhi chalta hu bas.
HM- are do minute toh baith.
Haseena's mouth went wide open as she saw Anubhav standing with a rucksack on his back. For a moment she felt she dreamt of it as she had zero idea regarding this. She touched him and screamed at first but behaved herself in front of her school friend. Anubhav embraced her tightly. "Surprise Sweetheart", he whispered and kissed her temple. As the feeling of touching her was getting into him, he saw the not so wished guest witnessing their moment. To add to his irritation, he whistled. Haseena separated herself from him with blush coated cheeks.
Alok- ab toh mujhe chalna chahiye na? (he teased her)
The excitement of meeting his family went to a bin soon as feeling of insecurities developed him.
AS- Ahem. Hi, Alok. (They shook their hands and did a half bro-hug)
Alok- abhi bas teri hi baat ho rahi thi. 100 saal jeyega. (he smiled)
Anubhav gave a half hearted smile.
A- ab me sach me chalta hu? Bye.
AS- are? ( he fakes surprise )
A- Mai bas apna ATM card lena aya tha Haseena ke paas hi reh gaya tha. Sachme bahout late ho raha hai. Waise bhi tum dono bahout time baad mil rahe ho. Enjoy dude. ( he punvhed anubhav's forearm and hugged HM, before leaving )
Anubhav kept his bag aside by that time Haseena quickly bolted the door and ran back to him, in a speed that he had to balance both of them in the hug. He laughed and closed his eyes, sinking in the space of her neck, breathing her cologne like that of a rare flower. She wiped her eyes before he could see them. She held him in the most secured way possible, like she would not let him go again. She missed him, the moments spent in their entire home were a reminder how incomplete her life felt without his presence.
AS- Humare aane pe bhi rona? Chale jaaye wapis
HM- chup kariye. Bataya kyu nahi aapne? Aapka favourite khana banate, aapko pickup karne aate. Patle hogaye hai aap.
AS- Pehle toh confirm nahi tha, phir socha thodi masti karb li jaaye.
HM- bahout-bahout zyada miss kiya humne aapko.
AS- Humne bhi...I love you Haseena
HM- I LOVE YOU TOO
AS- haaye. Aise live sun ne me hi asli mazza hai. Waise Maa or Ammi kaha hai? ab tak unki whistling bhi aa jani chahiye
HM- Walk pe gaye hai...aate hi honge.
AS- Pakka?
HM- haa
Anubhav's eyes beamed. His Hands which rested on her waist now moved upwards on her arm, she gasped. He lowered her face and touched her lips without kissing her. Both closed their eyes cherishing the closeness and intimacy. Slowly her lips moved against his and tender moment turned into a longing kiss. He then kissed her cheeks and forehead.
HM- hum Paani lekar aate hai.

Maa- Haseena tujhe pata tha na?
Haseena- Ammi kasam Maa humme sach me nahi pata tha ( she pouted, while Anubhav enjoyed the little banter between them )
AS- Are meri pyaari Maa, chodiye apni bahu ko (he hugged her again and kissed her forehead) Dhyaan rakha na apna ekdam?
Maa- ekdam (she got emotional) kitne din?
(it was her habbit to ask everytime he returned)
AS- teen din.
Ammi- bas?
He moved to her and took her blessings.
AS- kya kare Ammi. Aapka damaad bada famous hai IB me.
Maa- zyada nakhre mat dikha (she playfully hits him) Bata kya khayega? waise khana ban gaya hai lekin teri jo ichha woh phataphat bana deti hu main.
AS- koi zarurat nahi hai. Abhi sab eksaath khaana khate hai, phir baate karenge, UNO khelte hai. Kal subha bana dijyega aap.
Haseena smiles seeing her family together after long.
