"Y-yeah, don't worry he's with us. Yeah, he doesn't have much time these days umm you know exams and stuff."

Leehan cut the call after assuring taesan's dad that he's okay and is with them.
You might be wondering, why didn't he tell them the truth, like they're his parents they have the right to know but the reason behind him lying is because taesan's parents had already suffered alot because of their son. They had to go through alot in the past and leehan never wanted them to suffer again. He knew they will get to know everything one day or the other but still he wanted to hide it for the time being.

It's been three days but there weren't any signs of his friends. Nobody was ready to help them or to be more specific, nobody was believing them why? Just because they were young aka kids in others eyes.

Sungho sighed not knowing what to do anymore. He was feeling useless. That feeling of not being able to protect the ones who cared about him and were with him through thick and thin, was killing him from the inside.

Unable to compose himself anymore, sungho stood up and left for a walk.

It wasn't that dark but the amount of people outside were really less. He stood Infront of a jewelry shop for a second, trying to get hold of the things that happened in a matter of few days.
That's when his eyes spotted a wrist watch displayed within the shop.

A sudden thought popped up in his mind and he rushed towards a particular destination.

"I'm sorry to disturb but can I just check Riwoo's belongings for a second."sungho said to Riwoo's roommate as soon as he reached his dorm.

Upon receiving a nod from the other side, he began to search through the stuff.
After good ten minutes of searching, he found what he was looking for.

"Thank you so much."he thanked his roommate and left in a hurry.

Sungho reached the place where he was resided and called leehan and woonhak, asking them to join him there.

Placing the stuff he had collected from Riwoo's dorm, on the study table; he went in deep thoughts.

Just then, leehan and woonhak entered his room.

"Hyung, you said you wanted to talk about something?"leehan questioned, sitting on the couch beside the study table.

"Did you bring taesan's ring with you?"he questioned.

Leehan nodded in response and passed the ring to the elder.

Sungho began to observe that ring.

"I was right. Everything is connected look,"he showed them the stuff scattered on his study table.

"From her wrist watch being found near that river where she supposedly drowned herself that day, taesan's ring that we found near that alley from where he was supposedly kidnapped, jaehyun's earring spotted at the scene from where he had disappeared to Riwoo's glasses that are missing from his belongings; everything is connected."

"What do you mean, like you're saying all of this is connected to HER?"leehan questioned not understanding clearly.

"I'm not sure but I guess yes, everything is connected and we need to figure it out on our own cuz nobody else is going to help" sungho replied, still focused on the scattered stuff.

"Her? Who is her? Can you guys please tell me like I'm literally clueless right now."after minutes of not understanding a single thing, woonhak finally asked.

Leehan sighed before speaking,
"Her, it's her from where it all started......

(Flashback)

One year ago~
Laniville High School ~

"Are you going to confess today?"jaehyun said and gasped afterwards.

"Can y'all please stop like who in the world is spreading these rumors?"taesan replied shaking his head afterwards.

"Who else it's obviously the one with whom you share all of your dirty little secrets."

"Wtf jaehyun hyung? Choose your words wisely, like wdym dirty little secrets?"

"Bro who else, it's obviously leehan who told this to me and I'm really mad at you for not letting me know earlier like I could have brought flower petals or something to make the romantic environment you know." a teasing smirk crept on jaehyun's face.

"I swear I'll do something really bad to him someday." Taesan looked away, cursing leehan in his mind.

"Super shy, super shy." Jaehyun was teasing the shit out of him.

"But wait a minute while I make you mine, make you mine." Leehan shouted from a distance.

"It would have been much better if I never befriended such weirdos."said taesan and stood up afterwards to leave.

Both jaehyun and leehan laughed seeing taesan getting shy at the mention of his crush of three months.

A smile appeared on taesan's lips as he kept on walking forward with leehan and jaehyun running behind him while chuckling....
