Ok let me answer the second one since I'm actually gonna say something I had in my mind for the first one. But to answer the second question, no he doesn't.
I mean he would force people to be his servants and nothing more. He doesn't even consider Perfume or Printer his friends, they're just there because Wand has nobody with him
Now for the first one...... Ok let me answer the question and I'll get to why I wanted to talk about this question last. He's not really a bully. But he's mostly just a troublemaker. I mean all he does is pull pranks and causes trouble
Now I'm gonna put a new rule here
I don't want anyone to ask me about iPad anymore. For those who haven't seen my Twitter, I have made it clear that I don't like iPad x Computer whatsoever. I got so bothered people asking me to change MeComputer to iPad x Computer that I started to feel uncomfortable about the ship
And then at one point, someone on Twitter found my discomfort list, saw that iPad x Computer was in my discomfort list and said I was on thin ice for not liking the ship and even made jokes about my discomforts.
And this user just so happens to be a Computer x iPad shipper and even put #1 iPad fan on their bio
I wanted to ignore them just because their whole profile was based on the ship so I ignored it.
However they're literally making anyone that ships MePhone and Computer feel like they're the bad guys because of the fact that I blocked them for disrespect my boundaries in the first place.
It even got to the point where they tweeted "I don't trust anyone that ships MePhone with Computer" or "MePhone x Computer shippers are on thin ice"
So yeah. I don't want anyone asking me about iPad because of that experience. I think I made a very clear in HCD that I don't like iPad x Computer.
That also means I probably won't write him as much in the story. Sorry.
