Author's Note: Heeellloooo Shinobi. Welcome on back to Boku No Hero Academiaa: A Failed Hero Turned Villain. This time instead of a more normal chapter I am releasing this mini chapter on All For One's POV and his side of things. I know it's been months but I am officially back from the dead and am continuing to release stories on a hopefully daily basis. But without further ado I hope you enjoy this mini chapter.

All For One had met a... new kid. He had green hair and eyes with freckles on his face. His name... was Izuku Midoriya. He said he didn't have a quirk but little did Izuku know he secretly used a quirk to tell if he's lying and well... he was. When Izuku got his new quirks he tried to take the quirk but... nothing. He... couldn't take it. He did have a suspicion though and while transferring the quirks he used a memory scan quirk. Thus how he found out Izuku... has One For All. All For One was surprised at the discovery, smiling ever so secretly though Izuku couldn't see as he had his eyes closed from the pain. The pain for Izuku was way greater than what Katsuki had ever done to him. All For One decided to make him his ultimate weapon. Izuku was going to be the hidden blade in the group's force: The ultimate copier. So All For One decided to give him a perfect quirk copier as well as a perfect movement copier.
All For One was a bit hesitant at letting him keep the quirk and was just going to kill Izuku but decided against it. As if he had One For All on his side everything can go in his favor. He was going to wonder how All Might would react when he found out his master's grandson is his successor and the one he passed One For All to was also his successor. All For One couldn't wait to see All Might's reaction especially knowing for sure that All Might is getting weaker or is afraid of losing One For All as he gave it away. All For One was ready to rain hell on the heroes; he just needed time. Not to mention more to add to his group of villains as Kurogiri, Tomura, and Izuku won't cut it in the long run and if it were the three of them, himself, and a whole bunch of nomus they in the end will lose. So for now he'll just let time run it's course and see how the three handle things for now.
All For One tracks Izuku's progress noting that he seems to be better at leading than Tomura is. He still lets it go on as he sees Izuku is coming up with better and better ideas even so much as to be getting stronger even. Little did the three know but All For One watched their performance noting that Izuku gave nothing away managing to fight Eraserhead and two students by the names of Shoto Todoroki... and Katsuki Bakugo. He saw that while the fight with Eraserhead was a bit harder at first but after Izuku knocked him into the wall and really got going, the battle shifted. All For One liked this about Izuku. You'd think he's losing and on the back foot but once he really gets up and going the tables turn on that unfortunate person.
He's looking forward to the future knowing that Izuku will lead the League of Villains to a notorious and ruthless future where they will be the most feared group in Japan. But that'll have to wait especially since he thinks that the heroes might try to capture or even take down his favorite among the group. If and when that situation arises... he'll be ready and he hopes that the heroes will be ready for hell when that happens.

Author's Note: Aaaannndd done! I know this chapter or mini chapter is rather or extremely short BUT I did say it would be a mini chapter.
