Chapter 21: Daddy is Mine

The woman gazed at Bo Yiliang with infatuation, still entranced, having forgotten the process of being chased by zombies.

Bo Yiliang looked at her coldly and said, "Why should I bring you? Where do you find the courage to think that I'd take you with me?"

Wen Xiaoxiao glanced at Bo Yiliang and retorted, "Why bother arguing with a lunatic?"

"Roar, roar, roar..."

The pursuing zombies had caught up with the woman.

The five kids inside the RV were slightly frightened.

Wen Bei tugged at Wen Mo's sleeve, her watery eyes staring at him as she said, "Brother, scared~"

Seeing the ferocious and hideous appearance of the zombies, Wen Bei cried, her chubby cheeks puffing up in fear.

Wen Mo watched everything outside the RV, pursing his lips tightly. He held his sister close and felt a bit scared himself.

Wen Heng looked at Wen Mo and said, "Brother, let's take the younger siblings back to the RV!"

However, Wen Xiao seemed unhappy with the idea, pouting his chubby lips and saying, "I don't want to. I want to watch Mom and Dad fight the monsters."

Wen Yang nodded in agreement. He was afraid, but he also wanted to see Mom and Dad defeat the monsters, just like Ultraman did in the shows he watched.

Wen Bei looked out of the RV and saw Mom and Dad. She also noticed the woman who was clinging to Dad. She puffed up her cheeks.

"She wants to stay too. Someone wants to steal Daddy. Daddy belongs to me!" Wen Bei overcame her fear and fixed her gaze outside, unblinking.

Seeing this, Wen Mo and Wen Heng could only stay behind as well.

Outside, Wen Xiaoxiao and Bo Yiliang had already charged forward to fight the zombies.

Their speed was fast. Wen Xiaoxiao held two hammers, passing one to Bo Yiliang.

With the hammers in hand, they struck the zombies' heads. Wen Xiaoxiao endured the putrid smell coming from the zombies, feeling a bit nauseated but managing to bear it.

There were only four zombies in total, and Wen Xiaoxiao and Bo Yiliang quickly dealt with them.

Inside the RV, the five kids had forgotten their fear, their eyes twinkling with admiration as they looked at the two of them.

"Brother, Mom and Dad are so cool!" Wen Bei stared admiringly at her parents.

Wen Xiao opened the RV door and ran out.

"Brother." Wen Mo saw his younger brother running down and followed suit.

Wen Xiao, a small figure, ran up to Wen Xiaoxiao and Bo Yiliang, his chubby arms held out. He looked at Bo Yiliang and said, "Daddy, carry me~"

Wen Xiaoxiao's expression darkened, and she scolded Wen Xiao, "Didn't Mom tell you to stay in the car? Why did you come out?"

Bo Yiliang picked Wen Xiao up and looked at Wen Xiaoxiao. His voice softened as he said, "Alright, don't be angry. Let's go home first."

Wen Xiaoxiao stared at Bo Yiliang coldly. "That's not your home. It's mine."

Meng Qing scratched his nose, wondering, "Are they flirting?"

Qi Yan felt a bit annoyed and looked at his phone, which he still couldn't get through. He was starting to worry.

Jiang Fu Ci pondered as he touched his chin. He wondered if it was his imagination, but it seemed that Yiliang had become much gentler than before, even his tone of speech had changed.
