Look at my pretty cell.
The pretty green wall.
The trees that are drawn
And the grass that is tall.
Look at the faces of all the prisoners
Smiling so wide, with teeth knocked to the floor.
Look at their skin, so pale and fragile
Being in the sun is deadly,So it? We canceled.
Look at the yard, with the prisoners who walk
Just kidding, we broke their legs.
For there are some who can not.
Look at me from my tower with glee.
My amazing society
So equal,Not free.
Freedom is a danger,
And you could get hurt,
So we rip out the fingernails,
And soften all the dirt.
Look at my prison of equal rights.
Everyone agrees that it is quite the sight.
If everyone agrees,
Then I can't be wrong.
Dissenting opinions are just a work song.
So come on down, and be truly equal
I promise I won't do anything evil.
You can trust me, can't you, boys and girls?
And those who identify as anything in the world?
Because I am a fighter of injustice to all,
Free food, free shelter, and a big waterfall.
And if you fight my world of equality,
I'll meet you at the top
And we'll count to three.
And then from the drop
I'll see a pretty splat.
There's nothing wrong with a little culling out back.
So come one, come all
To a world, you can see
Inequality is gone, with just a small fee.
Why worry about freedom, when you're equal to me?

PoetryThese are several poems I have written in the past few years. They can get depressive, so fair warning.
