Hate me, won't you?
That I speak the truth you cannot stand?
That the reality we see is not the one you want?
Hate me while I hug thee
And cry those bitter tears while you stab me
Hate me, won't you, So you know I am right?
Hate me, so you feel better in the light.
And get your friends to hate me too
I think it's fun the way you threw
Those hateful words, full of hateful purpose
Squarely at my head.
Hate me, so others can see
The detrimental impacts of me.
The rhyme schemes I break and follow
Hate me, and in hate, I will wallow.
I love to see your face so red
I love to see your flailing arms
I love to see the hate you bring
So Hate Me, Won't you?

PoetryThese are several poems I have written in the past few years. They can get depressive, so fair warning.
