HATE TO LOVE

Chapter 2

When I was in my class, suddenly I got a call from my mother's number. At first I was confused because I know that my mother never calls me when I'm in college without wasting time. I quickly picked up the call to ask why she called me, but what I heard next made me freeze on my spot.

"Hello, mam, we are calling from South Shore Hospital. Your mother got into an accident. Please come fast".

I got scared and cried. I went to the hospital, but I didn't dare to see my mother; I was crying in the mess at the door. After calming down, I told myself that nothing had happened to Mom. She is fine. She promises me that she will always be by my side. I know she won't break her promise. Saying this to myself, I went inside, and seeing my mom like that, my heart broke into a million pieces. I started to cry again. But my mom cannot hear my pain or cry because she is unconscious.

After that, I went to the doctor to ask about my mother's condition.

"Doctor, how is my mother"? I asked the doctor while crying.

The doctor said that my mother was in a coma because of the accident and the blood clot in her brain.

I became shocked and burst into tears. I went near her mom and gently held her hand tightly.

"Do not worry, Mom; I can take care of you for the rest of our lives". 

I ask the doctor "Is there any solution to treat my mom". 

The doctor said "Yes, if we give her "Tenecteplase" it will help for a some time. After that, we have to perform surgery so that we can save her". 

After hearing this, I sigh heavily and say, Please, mam, start the surgery. I can't live without my mom." Saying this, I burst into tears.

The doctor said we'll start the treatment first. You have to fill out the patient responsibility form and pay the bill for the Tenecteplase injection".

Hearing this, I immediately filled out the form and went to pay the bill. After paying the bill, I went to my mom's room and held her hand tightly. I'm feeling very sad and thinking about my mother. Later, I called my friend and told her about my mother's condition.

SAAMI'S POV:

I was in my café while working, but suddenly my mobile started ringing, so I took my mobile and saw who called me. It's from my friend Cindy, and a smile appeared on her face. I immediately answered the call while having a smile on my face, but it faded soon after hearing her cracked voice. I got panicked and asked her about what happened, but her next word made me freeze in place. I hurriedly went to the hospital. When I got there, I saw my friend sitting on the chair while I kept her head down. Seeing her like this,  my heart broke into a million pieces. I went near her and started to shake her shoulder.

CINDY'S POV: 

After calling my friend, I kept my head down and started crying, thinking about my mom's condition. While crying, I felt a hand on my shoulder, and I lifted my head to see who it was. Seeing that person, I couldn't hold myself together and burst into tears while hugging her tightly.

"I can't live without my mom, Saami," I said while crying.

SAAMI POV:

Seeing her like this, I also couldn't hold myself back. Tears started forming in my eyes. I kept myself strong, preventing the tears from falling. I slowly started rubbing her back and saying comforting words.

"Don't cry; nothing happens to Aunt. You know she is a strong woman, right? After saying this, I smiled a little and took her back home.
