CHAPTER 5

When I saw her face, that's it. I lost completely. I went near her and started to yell at her.

"You are so disgusting, Miss Cindy. How dare you get near my brother". 

JAMES POV: 

Suddenly, the door busted open. I saw my angry brother come inside and start to lash out at Cindy without knowing anything, and I got angry.

Henry, what are you talking about? How can you behave like this with a girl". I raised my voice a little.

When my brother took her side, I became shocked and shouted at him.

"You really fell for her trap; that's why you are behaving like this, brother". and went near her, saying, "You stay away from my brother; if I see you in my cabin again, I will fire you from this job. Get lost".

CINDY'S POV:

Seeing his angry face, I didn't dare to talk. My words struck my throat, and I silently stood while looking at the floor. But his words are harsh, and I try to hold back my tears.

CINDY'S POV:

I was sobbing badly, but suddenly someone came and hugged me. I was startled, but hearing his voice, I calmed down and told him.

I'm okay, Mr. James". I nodded with a small smile. After that, I go to my cabin and start doing my work.

TIME SKIP TO EVENING:

When I entered the house, I saw that my friend was cooking. I smiled, went near her, and hugged her back.

When did you come, girl?" I asked her still, without breaking the hug.

SAAMI POV:

Here I was cooking dinner for my best friend, and suddenly someone hugged me from behind. I knew who this person was, so I smiled and turned towards her. while giving her water. I wanted to ask her what happened because she looked so sad, but she was so trying, so I didn't force her and gave her some time.

"I'm coming here just 30 minutes back to go and freshen up before I make the dinner," I said, smiling at her.

"Okay momma," I said to her while giggling, and I went upstairs to freshen up. After that, I came down to see my friend.

When I saw Cindy come down, I told her, Come," let's eat our dinner; you know I'm super hungry," I said while rubbing my tummy.

I chuckled at her words, and we started eating.

TIME SKIP AFTER DINNER:

After dinner, we sat on the couch and chatted with each other. I took a deep breath, held her hand gently, and asked her, "What happened, dear? You look so sad," I said with a concerned look.

CINDY'S POV:

We are both talking, but suddenly Saami asks me about what happened. When she asks me that, I can't control myself and burst into tears while hugging her.

"You know Saami, my boss is so cruel today he scolded me harshly for not doing anything wrong, but he always behaves rudely towards me," I said, sobbing badly.
