CHAPTER 38

When I entered the office, I heard someone calling me. I turned around to see who was there. "Gosh, this is what she wants now." 

"Hey, Cindy, Happiest birthday!" I have to be nice to her so that I can execute my plan. Wait and watch, girl. Today, you will be finished.

*annoying* "Hehe, thank you so much, Miss Julie." I don't know why this plastic beauty becomes nice to me today in any way; if she didn't bother me, I wouldn't give a damn about her.

"You look so beautiful, Cindy. I hope you can forgive me for my past behaviour." While holding her, I faked my innocence.

*nervously smiling* "It's okay, Miss Julie, please leave everything in the past." God, this wench, what happened to her suddenly? Why is she behaving like this? Did she hit her head somewhere?

Okay, alright, and I planned a party for the club. I hope I can celebrate your birthday; please do not say no.

*confused* "What? party! Miss Julie? I forgive you. You don't need to do this." I have a feeling something is wrong with her.

"No, no, I've already planned this for you. Please do not say no to me. I feel bad if you don't allow me to celebrate your birthday for you."

I am out of words. I'm not sure what to say. She is behaving oddly. What do I say to her? I was thinking about how to get out of her fake apologize, but she didn't listen.

"Cindy, please don't reject my apology. I've prepared this for you. Please do not say no to me. I'm sorry for previously mistreating you." I have to make her agree to me, but then...

"Leave her hand. Miss Julie, my friend, doesn't like to talk to strangers." I pulled Cindy's hands from her grasp and stepped in front of her.

"Hana Why are you acting like this? I just want to be friends with you, but you're treating me poorly." This b*tch is difficult to control. I have to do something, or she will ruin my plans.

"Perform this play in front of fools, not in front of us, Miss Julie, and remember that we are just your colleagues, not friends, so please leave."

I took Cindy's other hand and moved to her side. "Look, Cindy, she doubts me. I sincerely apologise for mistreating you. Why don't you understand me, Hana?"

What is happening here? Wow, you look gorgeous, dear. "Happy birthday to my dear friend." I was amazed to see how stunning she looked today.

*shyly* "Thank you so much, Roy." I flashed him an innocent giggle and looked behind him. There was James heading towards us.

"Roy, this Julie wants to celebrate Cindy's birthday. I know she'll definitely plan something to ruin her mood," I muttered, staring at her.

What! But, Ms. Julie, I don't think we have a solid relationship to celebrate my friends  birthday .

"Roy, you're also speaking like that. I simply want to celebrate for her." I have to take action, or these jerks will prevent me from carrying out my plan.

"Happiest birthday, Cindy," I said while giving a side to her. She is a pure soul and an innocent one.

"Thank you so much, boss." Today, I was overjoyed that everyone around me made me feel special.

I'll start acting in front of James, sir. I am sure he will not reject it." Boss, I'd like to celebrate Cindy's birthday and apologise to her for my behaviour towards her.

"Miss Julie, I don't think she's comfortable coming with you, and we all want to spend time with her." I am aware that Julie is not trustworthy.

"But boss, I sincerely want to apologise to her; trust me, I don't have any bad intentions towards her." Oh god, why didn't the boss agree to this?
