NICKS POV:
"we need a doctor, hurry!" i yelled at everyone as we rushed y/n in. she already blacked out like a minute ago. one doctor finally came and rushed her to some room while telling us to wait in the waiting room.

after some seconds of us walking around and being afraid for y/ns health, one nurse came towards us. "hello are you relatives of y/n l/n?" he asked and before i could answer tom confirmed.

"okay i need to know what happened." she said as tom started to shake his leg nervously. "tom." i said calmly as i placed my hand on his thight to make him stop shaking.

he took a deep breath before he turned back to the nurse. "she- uhm- she drugged herself." he said as he sobbed and choked on his tears. "she's also drunk and very high." he let out as i caressed his back.

"okay, does she have any alergies or anything else we have to know about her." the nurse asked and i was about to respond since i thought that tom doesn't know about her alergies, when he interrupted me again.

"she's alergic to normal milk,peanuts and honey. she doesn't like dark chocolate and she preferes soft candys." he said and i stared at him in shock. he was only her best friend but he already learned what she liked and what she doesn't.

the nurse wrote everything down as she nodded and left meanwhile tom kept shaking and crying. "tom come here." i said as i wraped my hands around him. "it's okay." i whispered as i hugged him.

skip time

we were still sitting in the hospital, waiting for    y/ns results. "nick." tom sighed as he turned his face to me. "hm." i hummed back as i turned to him as well. "i have to tell you something but you can't tell y/n." he said and i knew in the moment what he wanted to tell me.

"i like y/n. a-and i mean like really like. in the love way like." he blurped out as i noticed that he was nervous. "i know." i responded as i smiled and looked towards the wall that was in front of us.

"what?" he asked confused as he realised what i meant. "how?" he asked as he turned his whole body to me. "do you think i'm blind?" i asked and we laughed.

"i can see the way you look at her, the way you'd do anything for her, the way you knew all her alergies, what she likes and what she doesn't... it's obvious tom."

"but she has a boyfriend." tom said with a sad voice as he looked down. "you two should maybe talk. you called her 'love' multiple times and she always answered with 'love'." i said as i put my hand on his shoulder, bringing some hope back in him.

"i'll talk to her when she wakes up." he said and i smiled before we hugged. "mr l/n?" the doctor came and we both stod up immediately. "she woke up." he said before tom ran off, to her room.

Y/NS POV:
"mattheo?!" i yelled as i ran towards his room. i opened the door and found him laying on the floor. "y/n." he said weakly as i sat down and pulled him on my lap, crying.

"what did you do?" i whispered out as i cried and caressed his cheek. "i'm sorry." he whispered back as his eyes got heavy. "don't leave me." i cried as i hugged him.

"can you do me one last favour?" he asked weakly as he almost closed his eyes. "anything." i whispered back as my tears fell on him. "please sing for me for one last time." he said as he tucked some hair behind my ear slowly. i breathed in to get my voice straight as i began singing.

" look at the stars." i sang weakly as i tried to sing the best i could. "look how they shine for you." i sang softly as i waited a little.

"and everything you do." i sang as i played the melody in my head. "yeah, they were all yellow."

"i came along." i sang softly as tears escaped my eyes, mattheo smiling back at me and enjoying my singing. "i wrote a song for you." i sang as we both smiled.
