A few days go by before John hears from his friends. Jiyon is the 1st to email John. The email read "Konnichiwa [こんにちわ] John. That means hello in Japanese or what we call in Japan Nihongo. I just got here a week ago. My haha [はは] (mom) and chichi [ちち] (dad) are happy to see ojisan [おじいさん] (grandpa) and obachan [おばあちゃん] (grandma). My grandparents are really old and need help doing things around the house like cooking [ちょおり] (chori), cleaning [せんじょお]
(senjo) and walking their little white dog [しろうい いぬ] (shiroi inu). Gomen [ごめん] (sorry) I can hear my haha calling me I have to go help my family [か ぞく] (kazoku). I'll chat with you two later. Ja ne [じ ゃあね] (bye).
