What is this?!" Miri exclaimed as she found two toddlers sitting at the entrance of her house. "Miyo! Come quick!"

Her older sister arrived in a flash, eyes widening before her lips curled up into a smirk.

"Interesting."

"What do you mean? We can't take care of some random babies!"

"Look closer."

Miri knelt down and leaned forward, gazing at each toddler carefully.

The right one has blonde hair tied into two pig tails. She was munching on a magic handkerchief with strong teeth, and she stared back at Miri with dark yellow eyes.

Miri shuddered under the toddler's fierce gaze and turned her attention to the other toddler.

The left one had dark violet hair which was swept into a side ponytail on the right side of her read, tied with a silky white ribbon. She stared at Miri with dark violet and watery eyes and trembling lips, about to burst into tears.

"Wait...why do these two seem so..." Miri gasped as she noticed the violet-haired toddler wearing a lily necklace.

"OH MY GOD! IT'S MARY AND SAYAKA!" she screamed. "THAT'S SO CREEPYYY!!!!"

Miyo tackled her to shut her up. "You idiot!" she hissed. What if you make them cry?!"

"Well it's not like anything will be destroyed right——"

Miri was interrupted as Sayaka burst into tears. She rubbed her eyes and kicked her legs, wanting to be comforted by Kirari, who unfortunately was not present. The doors of the house disintegrated into flowers and the windows shattered.

Seeing the flowers, Mary jumped and proceeded to try catching them with her mouth, intending to create another version of her flower pile.

Miyo's Kitsune tails shot out to restrain Mary and to try to cradle Sayaka to calm her down.

The sisters looked at each other and sighed as the chaos died down.

"Are you sure we can't poison them?" Miri asked.

"Ugh! That damn masochist is the cause of all this!" Miyo groaned as she wrung her hands in frustration, having just finished reading the letter from Yumeko.

Her focus shifted to Sayaka, who was curled up in her lap.

"She's cute," she muttered.

Meanwhile, Miri was trying to make omurice with the help of Mary. She had figured out that Mary could release extreme heat from her hands when she was hungry, and making the toddler sit in front of her while she made the dish made the toddler's power all the more effective.

Mary marveled at the sight of the omurice as Miri placed the fourth serving onto the last plate.

"Okay, lunch is ready," Miri said, giggling slightly in excitement. She skilfully carried all four plates at once and set them down on the dining table, before beckoning her sister to bring Sayaka with her to eat lunch.

Sayaka squealed as she lifted the small spoon of omurice to her mouth and ate it.

Meanwhile, Mary was munching down the omurice like a beast. She was already on her seventh helping, while the rest were at their first.

Luckily Miyo could just duplicate the omurice to save Miri the trouble of cooking seven more servings.

Why Miri didn't think to use magic to just conjure up the food was beyond her, but it was absolute incredible.

"Dee-wishh," (Delish or Delicious) Sayaka exclaimed. "Omu-wice." (Omurice)

Miyo blushed slightly at this adorable scene. Her cousin's wife was truly adorable when reverted back to a toddler.

She whipped her head to the right as she felt someone touching her arm only to see Mary's arm under hers, scowling sliding her plate away and towards herself.

"Hey! That's my Omurice!" she chastised.

The darn toddler responded by sticking out her tongue and gobbling down the whole thing.

Miyo could only sigh and conjure up two more servings, one for herself and the other for the toddler.

*****

"Hey, I think we're doing the best job of taking care of these two," Miyo whispered. She and Miri watched as the toddlers slept in conjured up cribs.

"I know right!" Miri whispered back. "This is way too easy!"

Little did they know, they spoke way too soon.

Sayaka whimpered as she woke up from a nightmare. Turning her head from side to side, she desperately tried to find Kirari, who would cradle her and comfort her with her sweet scent.

The sisters failed to notice this as they continued talking.

Sayaka's big eyes filled with tears and her lips and chin trembled. With a deep inhale, she burst into tears, bawling uncontrollably.

The cribs broke from the force of her crying, which startled not only the sisters, but also Mary.

Mary also started to cry from being woken up from her sweet dream.

The sisters bolted to each toddler and tried in vain to calm them down.

Sayaka's crying even caused the whole place to shake slightly.

"This is a nightmare!" Miri cried. "And it's not even night yet!" Tears of frustration started to flow down her cheeks as she joined the toddlers in their crying.

Miyo let out a scream of infuriation. "THIS IS THE WORST!"
