I agreed, it was as simple as that.

Setsuna had come over again and I had agreed, it was as simple as just saying we could try, which I had previously said, I just confirmed it with her.

I lean back onto my bed as Kuro lays under my arm, she had grabbed my attention so we could lay down.

I get into a meditative position as Kuro lays on my lap.

Slowly but surely I grasp this feeling, doing my best to not go to fast but not to slow.

Grabbing onto something both as heavy as a rock and as light as a feather I untangle the strings that make it's body connecting its strings to my own as if tying a knot out of another rope.

As I get to close to completing the knots I feel something knock me out of my mind as I fall to my bed gasping for air, my vision almost completely black.

Kuro walks up to my face licking it once before sitting down.

I shift my body onto it's back as I close my eyes again attempting to look deeper, I notice the connected strings.

(BTW these strings are completely metaphorical representations of his senses and other things. Also the reason why the MC was able to gain access to Gravity sensing, which is what he was trying to do, is due to the fact that he has knowledge and experience in sensing non natural thing "Self Life-Force Detection: Mid-Advanced", he also sat there for about an hour)
