"Barry, there's a robbery at the Central Bank!"

"On it Cisco!"

Barry zips to the destination and you stand at a distance, looking at the screens. Caitlin is in the lab. Joe and Iris at work. You're not sure if Cisco sensed when you walked in. You aren't exactly sure what to do, how to be useful.

"I've got them. CCPD is on their way." You hear over the com links. Cisco smiles with a soft cheer. The sight of him bears a striking resemblance to your brother. Your earth where the plan started out as saving lives, protecting the innocent. Cisco finally turns, and when he sees you, he shifts.

"U-Uh hey?" He waves awkwardly. You just nod, pulling at your black sweater.

"Sorry."

That's all you say as you turn around, walking down the hall back to your room. You were surprised they actually let you roam around freely. Whenever Barry sees you there's a subtle hint of agitation. Not that you can blame him. The trail of sparks catches your attention. Barry stops right in front of you.

"What are you doing?"

You shake your head.

"I-I was just watching you save the city. "

"Why?"

"I promise you I'm not up to-"

He takes a step forward and you take one back.

"Barry!"

Cisco's call pulls his attention, he sends you one last look before he walks right past you.

These encounters aren't great for your health.

Your panic attacks started a few weeks after you noticed a change in your brother's behavior.

At first it was just little stress migraines. In the span of a few weeks, whenever your heart rate increased above the normal rate, you found yourself clutching your chest. You exhale, placing your hand on the wall as you slide down, trying to get it together.

"You know we're going to be heroes right?"

The smile Evan sent you was filled with love and excitement. You grin.

"Of course we are! All those months of working on this thing wasn't for show."

He laughs along with you, taking up a napkin and wiping the grease off your face.

"You're just as messy as when we were kids. How long do I have to take care of you?" He says jokily.

The subject of your past seems to bring a sad expression across your face.

Evan's smile slowly drops.

"Hey, what's wrong?"

You take a seat.

"Do you think they would be proud of us? Mom and Dad."

"Of course. We started a company from scratch. You worked your ass off every single day to get us here. They'd be more than proud. (Y/N) I promise you, no one will ever forget the Thawne name."

There's a part of you that imagines it.

That legacy.

"We'll be legendary."

Placing your head in your knees, you curse under your breath at the memory.

He was right about one thing, no one ever forgot the Thawne name.
