_"Mr. Potter!...To what do I owe your annoying visit?"_

Snape didn't have many visitors, actually none, and that's why when he heard someone knocking on his door, he only thought that he would meet some unwelcome salesman who used to offer him life insurance or other useless items for him.
But that was the price. to pay when living among muggles. But now seeing who was actually at his entrance, he regretted having looked down on them in the past.

_"Hello, professor! I'm glad to see you too! Could you spend a moment? I came to give you a very important invitation!" Words no longer had the effect of scaring him away.

Severus frowns and snorts. Not even in his own home could he enjoy peace of mind. He doubts whether to let him in or not, until his subconscious reminds him that the boy he lived, the savior of the magical world, was an unconditional friend of his chestnut, and that serves as a more than valid argument for him receive it.

_'"Come in, Potter... do it before I retract it"_

He guides him to the room where in the middle of it there is a small coffee table accompanied by two English colonial-style one-piece armchairs upholstered in matte green velvet. The small room also has a fireplace and several shelves that are packed with books.

Harry is surprised at how neat and tidy his house is. For a single man, he handled the domestic issue quite well. Although of course, almost anything is possible with magic.

Snape invites him to sit down and with the help of his wand summons a tray with two glasses and a bottle of liquor, then offers his unwelcome visitor a drink.

Harry accepts it but no drink.

Then he collapses into the other chair and questions the green-eyed man without further ado.

_"Did you say you wanted to invite me?...I think you're wasting your precious time here, Mr. Potter!..."_Although deep down he didn't forget that he was the son of his dear Lily, it bothers him that it disturbs his day .

_"That's right...I came to ask you to accompany me on the most important day for me...Ginny Weasley and I are going to get married this weekend...and I would really like you to be there with us"_

Severus takes a sip of his drink, looking directly into Potter's green eyes while a thousand things go through his mind in his head, including some of the ones he lived with the redhead who was now going to tie herself to Potter until she left her.

Death will part them. For a second he felt great thinking about what Harry would do if he found out about the lustful situations he experienced with his girlfriend, of course he would use the argument that she was free back then, but nothing could erase the fact that he had the satisfaction of to try the future Mrs. Potter.Although He should also thank him for having trained her,and very well,in bed, after all he was enjoying what a good *teacher* he was with his wife.

You're a real lout, Severus Snape thinks to himself.

Put his reasoning aside to give Harry an answer to his request.

_"My congratulations and condolences at the same time....and I'm afraid that as I told you before....you're wasting your time. What made you think it was appropriate to invite me?"_

Harry was so used to being put down by him that he didn't really mind his comment.

_"Please, Professor.... You spent 6 years taking care of me because of the love you felt for my mother....you almost gave your life for me... I know we were not friends but....you I owe a lot... I sincerely want to share that moment with you...if not for me...do it for my mother..."_
