It was Dahyun's first day back at the hospital. Everyone was excited for her coming back.

She was looking at the surgical board and Sandara came to her.

"Welcome back!" Sandara hugged her. "I thought you are never coming back."

"Well, the intervention helped a lot." Dahyun said and broke the hug.

"Intervention? Or the sex on the table?" Sandara smirked.

"Aish! They told you about that too?"

Sandara laughed. "Of course! I asked for every detail. You know me Kim Dahyun!" 

"Well, I just don't have this for nothing." Dahyun motioned to her down south.

"Gross." Sandara flinched. "Anyway, I will ask you to supervise the interns to do their surgery as a team." She added.

Dahyun listened.

"You will teach them all the things they need to do from scratch. You will use the dummy bodies. Perform possible surgeries in or out of the O.R."

Dahyun nodded. "Is this a punishment for my absence?" She laughed.

"More like a refresher" Sandara said and left her.

Dahyun pouted "Aish! I need a surgery!"

"Yaaah! What's all the shouting and all?" Jeongyeon asked while walking with Nayeon.

"I am being punished from the Gods of heaven!" Dahyun blurted.

"Well, you left us all hanging." Nayeon teased.

"Well, you are right." Dahyun just took her defeat. "Anyway, where are the others?" She asked.

"Rounds." Jeongyeon said.

"I see. I will take all the interns with me today. So if you'll excuse me? I have interns to teach." Dahyun turned around and left.

The interns have gathered in the lobby.

"Okay guys! As you all know that your first surgical evaluations will commence soon. So the chief have asked me to, actually punish me... to teach you while under pressure. So, these cards will give you ideas to look for clues, diagnosis and all. You will be grouped into 5 members so you better look for 5 people."

All of the interns looked at each other. Of course, Sana, Momo, Chaeyoung, Lisa and Jennie have grouped each other.

"I assume you already have your members?"
Dahyun gave each of the group cards to start.

"Like I said, those cards will help you find clues and diagnosis. You should finish that task in 20 mins. So, now, go!"

Sana and her team opened the card. "Look for Dr. Im" Lisa read.

"Let's go!"

They ran and looked for Nayeon. Nayeon was looking through a chart.

"Dr. Im!" The 5 shouted and Nayeon faced them. She took a card from her pocket, "Give me one possible reason why a patient have Pleural Effusion."

"Kidney failure!" They answered in unison.
"Good! Now, here's your next clue." She gave the next card to them.

Momo took the card and they read. "Look for Dr. Park"

"Park who?" Lisa asked.

"That is for you to find out." Nayeon walked away.

"It has to be Dr. Park Jihyo. She is a general surgeon!" Sana said.

Then they ran to find Jihyo.
With their luck, they saw Jihyo. "Dr. Park?"
Jihyo read the card.

"What is the best way to trace pulmonary edema?"

"CT scan!" they said in unison.
Jihyo gave the card to them. "Dr. Chou"
As usual they ran to find her.

The clues finding continues til they reached the end of the hunting. They all got out of the hospital walls where dummy's were lying as if there was an accident.

"Glad you all made it till here! Now! Look for your patients!" Dahyun raised.
Sana saw the patient that has "I can't breathe" written on it's chest. "Guys! This is our patient."
They went to the dummy. All of them examined the dummy.

"Gosh it looks real!" Jennie said.

"Okay, guys, he's having a tension pneumothorax! I need to release the air in his lungs!" Chaeyoung said.
Chaeyoung did the procedure but the patient is still not breathing properly.

"We have to intubate him!" Jennie said.
They looked at Sana. "I haven't intubated anyone!"

"That is the point, you have to try it! We all did it!" Lisa said.

Sana was a bit reluctant to do it.

"Sana! Our patient is dying!" Momo raised.

"Okay, okay!" Sana took the tube and tried to intubate their dummy.
The patient was able to breathe and Dahyun was looking at her and Sana did the same.

The procedure have ended and of all the groups, Sana's team was the only one who was able to save a patient.

"Congratulations!" Dahyun told them.
