The day continues and patients come and go. Then an ambulance came in.

"57 y/o Kim Jihyun. He passed out from streets. No possible bleeding, but he had a bruises in his lower torso and complains about abdominal pain." The paramedic announced.

Jihyo and Tzuyu looked at each other.

"I don't want to be here! Get me out of here! My daughters will see me!" The man shouted trying to escape.

The man was still trying to stand up from the gurney but Jihyo and Tzuyu tried to stop him.

"Mr. Kim! You have to get treated, you have to stay here!" Tzuyu said.

"But I don't want my daughters to see me especially Dah...."The man was cut on his mid-sentence as he saw Dahyun standing beside Jisoo and Sana.

Dahyun just stayed silent just watching her father in that state. Drunk, and was found in the streets as he pass out.

"Da-Dahyun?" her father called.

But instead of walking towards her father, she stepped backwards and turned her back her father and walked away.

"Dahyun!" Jisoo called back. "I'll get her. Go to him." Sana told Jisoo and she nodded.

Jisoo walked to them. "What happen again this time dad?"But just before her dad answered, he threw up blood and stained Jisoo's shoes.

"We have to get him to the O.R." Tzuyu said.

"You wait, you are not allowed to be there." Jihyo told Jisoo.

Sana found Dahyun at the back of the E.R. Her back was facing her. Then what surprised her was when there was a smoke of cigarette blown. "You smoke?" Sana asked.

Dahyun turned around. "Only when I'm stressed."

Sana walked closer to her and slowly took the cigarette away from her and threw it. Dahyun breathe heavily. "He, he, was not a good father. All he ever did was to drink, not minding if we have anything to eat. Me and Jisoo unnie struggled so hard that she had to drop out from the school to make me go on. He prioritized his other family than to us! I hate him, Sana! I hate, hate him!" Dahyun started to cry.

Sana hugged her while Dahyun cries.

"Dr. we're loosing him!" The nurse said.

"No, we can't!" Jihyo said. "Give me the crash cart and charge 300!"

The nurses gave her the paddles.

Then in one shock, the patient had a pulse.

Jisoo was waiting outside the O.R. She was with Nayeon, Jeongyeon, Mina, and Rose. The O.R doors opened and revealed Jihyo and Tzuyu.

"He's fine. We have drained the excess water from his lungs and blood that infiltrated his renal tubes. However, his kidneys were exhausted."

Jihyo said.

"You mean, he needs a kidney transplant?" Jisoo asked.

"Yes." Jihyo said.
