A few months have passed. Jisoo and Dahyun have move on from their father's loss. They went back to work after a week of mourning.

The first evaluation for interns have also commenced and luckily, Sana, Momo, Chaeyoung, Lisa and Jennie passed it. And Chaeyoung was the one who almost nailed the exams. She had her first unsupervised surgery which went well. She also was able to finally thought of what she would want to specialize. It was to go with neuro surgery. She worked with Mina and have learned a lot of things about brains. Sana decided to be a trauma surgeon. She likes pressure. Momo got into Cardio, Jennie surprisingly joined the PEDS and Lisa with ortho.

All of them have also worked on their relationship. Chaeyoung moved in with Mina. They are renting an apartment just a door away from Jeongyeon and Nayeon's apartment. Lisa and Rose started dating as well. Momo also moved in with Tzuyu who was just a block away from Sana's apartment where Dahyun also moved in. Everything is fine. Time flies and it has been six months since they have started their internship. Everything is going well with work, with their love life and their own personal lives.

Right now, Dahyun, Jihyo and Momo were in the O.R doing a heart transplant surgery.

"Okay guys, let's stop the bypass let's see Dr. Hirai's work." Dahyun said.

They all looked at the heart that started to pink and beat. Dahyun smiled.

"Good save Dr. Hirai." Jihyo said.

"Thanks Doctor!" Momo said.

"Okay, let's close her up!" Dahyun said.

"Up for drinks after?" Jihyo asked Dahyun.

"I'll pass, got a rain check Ji." Dahyun declined.

"Well, the rest of the gang will be there." Jihyo insisted.

"Nah, me and Sana already have plans for tonight."

"oh, okay, suit yourself then. We'll be at Martin's if you both change your mind." Jihyo countered.

"Okay."

After sometime, Sana, Momo, Lisa, Chaeyoung and Jennie are waiting at the lobby for the other doctors. When Dahyun and the rest were walking on the hallway, the 5 stood up and greeted their partners.

Chaeyoung walked towards Mina, Momo to Tzuyu. Lisa with Rose, and Sana to Dahyun.

"Ready to go?" Dahyun asked Sana after giving her sweet kiss on the lips.

"Yes."

They all were about to leave when someone called Dahyun.

"Dahyun?" 

They all looked back.

Dahyun was dumbstruck. "N-Nancy?"
