Asking Khushi to keep a look out for Payal and NK, Lavanya stepped out to cool Arnav's anger. Khushi wanted to follow them but looking at Arnav she withdrew her idea and bent down to pick up her friend's mobile which he threw away in his anger.

The mobile started to vibrate at the same time, indicating an incoming call, Khushi rushed towards the pair standing near the gate wanting to handover the piece to the owner but she stopped in her tracks after listening to Arnav's words.

"No Lavanya, I don't want to speak to Khushi, doesn't she know what all I have to go through because of her foolishness? "he was still speaking but Khushi didn't wait for Arnav to complete his monologue and rushed back with tears in her eyes, henceforth she would not be a headache in his life.

"Hello?"

"I heard a boy has come to meet me in Lucknow. I just returned from my trip, can I speak to Arnav ?"

Khushi locked herself in her room for the next two hours crying endless buckets of tears after hearing such harsh words from Arnav.

Through the phase of her crying as much as it hurt her with Arnav's choice of words towards her doings and situation, she understood where he stands, wasn't he the one who was by her side the last three months, neglecting his personal and professional life helping her at all times, today they may not be on talking terms but shouldn't she be grateful for his help?

She knew the purpose of Arnav's visit and what the call can do to him, may be she can return his favour by going to Lucknow further finding out the details, this way she may come equal to him, from the very start only he was the one to take efforts, this way may be he will feel even she is ready to be with him in his tough times , may be they can go back to talking terms again or may be her guilt would reduce a bit for being so selfish all these days.

But what about NK? can she leave him here in the care of Lavanya or Happy Singh? There is no way she would risk it again, tagging NK along would be a better option, but she never travelled alone, will she be able to do it? Trusting the almighty, Khushi packed her belongings and left with NK to the bus terminal. It was decided before she would be staying with Happy Singh until she got a place of her own, so there was no need to update anyone, they would stop her or tag along, making her mind it was the best decision and left without letting knowing any one of her trip. She boarded the bus after purchasing a ticket to Lucknow. She looked at the piece of paper which had an address and mobile number, pocketing it held Nk's palm and closed her eyes, sleep taking over her tired body.

"Arnav Singh Raizada?"

"Yes" Arnav glanced up to see two well built men standing before his desk. It was Monday afternoon and Jha consultancy is normally packed like every other day with clients waiting for their respective lawyers. Clients usually walk up to him wanting to meet a specific lawyer or would need his assistance in searching one but no one knows him personally. Who are these people looking for him specifically here?

"We have a complaint against you, follow us to the Police station, you are required to answer a few questions"
