"You know #findthecat is still trending on Twitter?" Lanie asked as I swivelled around on the desk chair, pushing off the wall and any object around me as I bounced around like a pinball. We have been in this meeting since eight a.m., and it's already eleven.

To say I am bored is an understatement—all I want is to go home and continue binge-watching Greys with Tay. Not that she is even home; she's at the studio with Jack, working on her super secret project that I definitely know nothing about: cough, new album, cough.

The hashtag had taken on a life of its own, and I couldn't help but feel the warmth of Taylor's amused obsession radiating around me. Turns out, when you tell Bills not to do something specifically, they tend to make it their mission to do said thing.

"I told them not to do that," I chuckled, fully aware that this was all part of Taylor's latest fascination. While she is still on limited social media, she has found a great new way around not being allowed on Twitter.

Somehow, she has roped James into sending her any and all news when it comes to #findthecat. What is worse is that he seems to enjoy doing it. Honestly, James has talked more to Taylor since they met two months ago than James and I have since Teddy introduced us years ago. I love how well Tay slips into my family.

"That is exactly why they did it, and you know that," Josh grumbled. He doesn't seem to find the hashtag funny, which I don't understand. It is drumming up great publicity for us and isn't harming anyone.

Most would think that free, good press would be good, but not Josh. He is too much of a pessimist to have fun with this. One look at him, and I can tell he's feeling a touch grumpy. His eyes are currently following me as I pinged around the room like a hyperactive toddler.

What can I say? I really didn't want to be at this meeting right now. I have so much to do to get ready for tonight that being stuck in this meeting is just giving me time for my brain to wander. I have list upon lists forming of things I should be doing rather than listening to this boring crap. But no. Just because all three of us are in the same city, we apparently have to have an extensive meeting going into all sorts of detail on shit I know the boys aren't listening to.

Lanie, Josh and the rest of the team are acting as if we don't have at least two weekly meetings going over this crap.

"Did you see the meme of Winnie the Pooh looking at a real tiger and asking if it's Tigger, but it's been edited so that it's Andy looking at the tiger asking if it's the cat? Great stuff," Mick asked, his laughter contagious as he waved his phone around the room, an irrepressible grin on his lips. Jokes on him. I saw that one three days ago when the very clever fan posted it, all thanks to Tay and James.

"My favourite is the one where she's in a pile of kittens who are literally shitting rainbows, and she looks terrified," Teddy added, joining in the chorus of amusement. Thanks to Taylor's relentless sharing, I chuckled along, having already seen these creations. That one was about two weeks ago and is currently on her home screen.

"We get it; the world is now obsessed with Andy and all forms of cats. Can we please focus? While the publicity is great because everyone is talking about you and no one is saying anything bad, we have more pressing things to focus on," Lanie finally interjected, her words laced with amusement as she grabbed the back of my seat and pulled it back to the table, her stern glare a not-so-subtle warning to stay put. God, that was a disapproving mum look if I have ever seen one. Which we all know I have since that's the only look Donna has ever given me.

Tony, our ever-patient tour manager, then proceeded with the meeting. He outlined the tour's impressive ticket sales and logistics, but it all felt routine. Touring had become second nature to us, a familiar pattern of different cities, songs, and outfits.
