"This is smart, even for you," Mick mumbled after I explained my genius plan now that we were back at the apartment, making me scoff. "What's that supposed to mean? Everyone knows I'm the brains, brawn and beauty of this trio. Honestly, I don't know what I need either of you for," I deadpan as I watch Teddy looking up ideas on his phone, a smile that makes me worry painted on his face. That fool is up to something, and I'm sure I am going to regret letting him make his own choice. He should never be left to his own devices. I don't know why I never learn.

"Ha, you wish," Mick grumbled, although even he could see right through his words as he slumped against the sofa in defeat. That's what I thought. "So I am doing an acoustic mashup of anything I want?" Teddy cut in as he looked between his phone and me, making me hum as I nodded. It's not too complicated. I feel like even Teddy can't mess this up. Can he? Actually, he totally can.

"Wait up, this is all my doing," Mick pipped back up excitedly, making me groan. We are going to be here all night. Taylor is going to kill me. I told her I'd be a few hours tops. "How?" I ask, trying to understand how he is taking any credit for my geniuses right now. "Well, I said about the magical jukebox that plays the soundtrack of your dreams on repeat, and now you are introducing a jukebox segment, so you're welcome," he explained, making me laugh in disbelief.

"No, you said something stupid on telly, and I made it seem like you were being clever and hinting at something. We are introducing the deposit box, aka a jukebox, which will be an interactive segment where we play covers, mashups and overdrafts, otherwise known as songs that we wrote but never put on an album. Teddy publishing that video of me started the thought. What you said about the magic jukebox just gave me a fun idea of how to do it. So I did a cover. Now Teddy is going to do a mashup, and then you are going to do an overdraft song of ours. Then I am going to throw you both under the bus when Josh and Lanie try to kill us for doing all this without approval," I explain again, but Mick just waves me off with a smile.

"All I am hearing is that I did this. I recorded that video, and I talked about the jukebox. I'm the real genius here," he shrugs, making me groan. I move to wack him with a pillow before Teddy cuts in, stopping our oncoming brawl.

"Got it," he calls, making us both look over to him as he smiles proudly. "Mick needs to do it, though. It would be cooler if he did. We should film it in the studio, though. I think he should use his DJ set-up. We are changing up the rules, so I feel it's only right we throw them all away, and he does it like that," he adds, making me look over at him in confusion but agreeing regardless. It doesn't matter which order we do this part. And if he thinks it will work better using the DJ set-up, then so be it. To hell with the rules. Plus, this is a unique circumstance.

"Fine, let's get on with this before Tay comes over and drags me to bed. You guys are giving me a killer headache, and I would like to sleep," I agree, following the pair into the studio as they start whispering. Mick lets out a loud laugh before they go back to hush voices. What the hell are these twits up to?

"Seriously?" I groan once we're done, watching the video on Teddy's phone as he picks where to crop it. "What? You loved it," he teases as I shake my head. "I am telling Josh and Lanie that this was all you, too, because we are going to be in so much trouble," I complain as Teddy posts the clip. "What? We did what you said," Mick continues to tease as I start to put my jacket back on, ready to head back to Tay and I's place. "Really? I said to do a Taylor song, did I? I must have forgotten that part. How convenient for you?" I deadpan as the two laugh.

"The fans are already loving it," Teddy teased, making me groan more. "Style is a bop and just so happened to work the best with Lean On, so suck it up, buttercup," he continues, which has me flipping him off as I leave the flat. I am done with those two. I have been spending way too much time with them lately. I need a break before I bang their heads together for a very long period of time.
