"Normally Alexei wouldn't want you to share a room with Yelena but under the circumstances, i'm sure he won't mind." Melina explains to Kate while she fixes up a blow up mattress in Yelena's room.

Kate smiles softly, "Thank you for doing all of this, I would have been just fine sleeping on the floor." Kate tells the woman.

"And hurt your back? You can't risk a hurt back especially with your last basketball game coming up." Melina replies.

Kate smiles at her. She then starts to think about her mother, and how she probably doesn't even know about Kate's last game. She probably didn't even care.

"You alright Kate?" Melina asks.

The girl snaps out of her thoughts and sees the woman strung at her with a worried look. "Yea sorry just spaced out." She assures her.

"Alright well i'll let you get situated." Melina says. The older woman then walks out of the room and closes the door.

After she leaves Kate decided to go ahead and change into her pajamas. She grabs the clothing it of her bag and begins to change.

"Hey maybe we ca- Kate!" Yelena shouts.

Kate jumps from her spot. She looks over at Yelena and sighs, "God you scared me."

"Why are you half naked?" Yelena asked and she looked at her girlfriend standing in the middle of her room in just underwear and a bra.

Kate grabs a shirt from the grown and throws it on. "I was changing." She responds causally and she continues to get ready. "Nothing you haven't seen before." She adds with a sly smirk, which caused the blonde to blush.

Yelena walks closer to the girl. "Kate my parents or my sister could have walked in!" She responds, her face still slightly red.

As Kate finished changing she looked over at Yelena and noticed the pajamas she was wearing. She had on Star Wars pajamas. Yelena noticed Kate's gazed.

"Peter bought these for me." She tells the girl as she shows off her pajama bottoms.

"Yea I can tell." Kate replied with a small laugh. "They're cute." She adds. Once she finishes getting dressed she walks over to Yelena from behind and wraps her arms around the girl.

Yelena chuckles as Kate starts leaving small kisses around her neck playfully. Finally Kate leans in gives the girl a kiss on the lips. Yelena hums as she pulls away.

"Why'd you pull away?" Kate pouts.

"I'm not going to make out have it go further while my parents are in the house." Yelena tells her girlfriend.

"Fine." Kate replies dragging out the word.

Meanwhile downstairs Melina waited in the living room as her husband walked through the front door. She knew he wouldn't like the idea of Kate Bishop staying the night.

Alexei enters through the door tiredly, as he just finished a long shift at work. He noticed his wife sitting on the couch with a serious expression. Sensing something is wrong.

"I can tell something is wrong." Alexei sighed. "Does this have to do with Kate Bishop?" He asks curiously, especially after seeing her black mustang parked in front of their house.

Melina leans back in her seat and pats the seat next to her, signaling for her husband to join. He then obeys and sits next to his wife. He throws his arm over her shoulders and leans back too.

"Kate Bishop showed up at our doorstep with a black eye earlier." Melina says.

Alexei raises is eyebrow. "Still getting into trouble I see."
