December 1 1748 (Jamie's pov)
The house is almost finished, it's big and has enough space for all our children.
In the time I've been working on it Claire has already giving birth to three new bairns.
Right after I started building the house she got pregnant and gave birth at 8 months to a healthy boy, William.
And a few weeks ago she had two girls, Ellen and Jenny.
"Jamie! Ye should eat something!" Jenny yells from the main house and I drop my tools.
I make my way to house and look for Claire.
"She upstairs," Jenny says seeing me look.
I go to our bedroom and see she's trying to calm down the babies. "Let me help,"
She turns around and smiles. "Jamie,"
"Aye," I kiss her cheek gently and pick up wee Jenny.
I shush her and soon enough she fall asleep in my arms. "Is this going on all day already?"
She nods. "I got them to sleep an hour ago but then they woke up again and I couldn't get them asleep again,"
I put wee Jenny back in her crib and sit on the bed. "Why did ye no' ask me for help?"
She puts wee Ellen in her bed and sits beside me. "You're so busy with the house, I don't want to bother you,"
I take her hands and kiss them. "Wether I'm working on the house or whatever else, you and the bairns are more important, if ye need me I'll be there for ye,"
She smiles and kisses me. "How far are you with the house?"
"Almost done, at the most it's gonna be two more months, but Ian is looking for men who could help,"
She nods and falls back on the bed. "I wish you could spend more time with us, having five children to take care of,"
"I'm sorry Sassenach, I'll be home more," I lay beside her and put my arm over her.
"It's alright, it will be worth it," I kiss her gently and sit back up.
She stares at the wall for a few moments and I notice there is still a lot of pain.
"What is it lass?" I grab her hands and hold them in mine.
"Sometimes I can't help but think about the miscarriage,"
I kiss her head softly and she lets her head fall on my shoulder. "Dinna think to much about it love, it's terrible what happend and we will forever grieve for it, but I'm sure the soul of the bairn lives on in someone else,"
She nods and stands up. "So remember when I said I was going to give you twelve children? I might not be able to do that, but I'll atleast give you six,"
I smile and grab her cheeks. "I'm more then content wi' the bairns we have,"
She kisses me. "God I do love you,"
"I love ye too Sassenach,"

December 20 1748 (Claire's pov)
I get woken up by a loud shriek and I look over to Jamie who's sitting straight up. "Did you hear that Jamie?"
He nods. "Aye, it was a shriek from one of the bairns,"
I rush the their little side room and don't see Ellen in her crib. "Oh my god Jamie! Ellen is gone!"
His footsteps run of the stairs and I follow him.
"Where could see be?" I ask panicked and we search everywhere.
We sprint outside and see Laoghaire standing in the archway, with a baby in her arms.
"Laoghaire! Give me back my bairn!" Jamie yells but I don't have the patience.
I run up to her and give her a big smack, she hits the floor but not before I take Ellen from her arms.
"It's okay love, mama's here," I whisper softly as she starts crying.
Jamie puts his arm around us and bring us back inside where Jenny is standing.
"What happend?"
"Laoghaire took wee Ellen, she unconscious outside," Jamie says looking at Ellen.
"Is she okay?" Jenny asks worried and I nod.
I walk back upstairs and put her in her crib. "It's alright sweetheart, Mama is here and so is yer da and yer siblings,"
Jamie grabs my arm and leads me back to the bed. "She's safe, it's alright, Murtagh is dealing with Laoghaire now, sleep Sassenach,"
He wraps his arms around me and I slowly drift off in his arms.

March 5 1749 (Jamie's pov)
"Goodmorning Jamie, rise and shine," Claire says opening the curtains.
I smile. "Yer happy,"
"I am but that's not the only thing I am," she gives me a goodmorning kiss.
"Ye aren't angry today are ye?" I sigh but she shakes her head.
"No I'm pregnant,"
I stand up and pick her up and she wraps her legs around my waist. "Really?"
She nods and kisses me. "I am,"
"I'm going to be a father again!"
She kisses me once more and then grabs the twins. "Can you take William? Faith and Brian will be down by now,"
I nod and walk to Williams room. "Hello Willie,"
He smiles and I pick him up. "Da,"
I bring him downstairs with me and Claire is sitting on the couch with Jenny and Ellen.
The house is certainly starting to get full but I'm absolutely loving it.

18 December 1749 (Claire's pov)
The birth of our last baby goes easier then expected and soon enough I have my healthy son in my arms.
Jamie opens the door and slips in. "Healthy?"
I nod smiling brightly. "It's boy Jamie,"
He sits beside me and looks at him. "Perfect, like all of them, just perfect,"
I kiss him softly and hand him our son. "Name?"
"I don't know, we used a lot of names already,"
Then his name is Jamie," I say and he shakes his head.
"Nay, he needs something... good, not his auld dads name,"
I grin and kiss him. "Your name is good, and it suits him,"
He takes a good look at him and eventually nods. "Aye it does,"
I kiss him again and stand up. "That was a great chapter, having kids but I don't think I can go trough another pregnancy, if you want we maybe can keep it on these,"
He nods smiling at me. "We already have six children, that's more then enough,"
"Faith, Brian, William, Jenny, Ellen and Jamie," I recap and sit down again.
"If you would've told me after Culloden that I would end up having a family like this, I would've laughed in yer face, but yet here we are,"
"Here we are," I repeat. "And it's perfect,"
"'Tis,"
"Our life is and always will be perfect," I whisper and Jamie grins.
"Blood of my blood," I say softly grabbing his hand.
"And bone of my bone," he continues.
"Till death us do part," we says together and I kiss him softly.
