Chapter 21: 58Th Expedition Beyond The Walls (Part four)

3RD PERSON POV

"Commander, Captain." Mikasa said as she landed on the marbled floor whilst gasping for some Air. Everyone took a glance and then returned to their own respective tasks.

Her raven eyes quickly landed at Eren's emerald eyes, her worries depleted seeing him just okay, shifting her gaze to his blond friend Armin seems just fine.

Finally Rico grappled down beside Mikasa. "Commander!" She said as she saluted them.

Erwin nodded

"We need to hurry up, we don't have much time, Mikasa, and you Rico with your squad continue in assisting the Levi squad, prepare yourselves at the front line, the Military Police and Garisson will be here soon." Erwin said. "Devote your hearts."

"Roger!" They uttered in unison.

Erwin brows furrowed when he noticed a blue smoke climbing up in the sky almost covered with giant trees It turns out it's coming from the entrance of the Forest.

"Erwin-" Hanji's speech was cut off when another round of signal flare rises up in the sky, it's black this time.

"THEY'RE HERE, PREPARE YOURSELVES PROCEED TO YOUR OWN STATIONS!!" Erwin yelled in his loudest tone.

Everyone quickly started to Grapple away. Scattering in the vast forest, Mikasa and Levi with his squad are now moving towards the front lines to assist the other Survey Corps in eliminating the titans.

Erwin then ordered to unload the Thunder Spears and equip it while the others took their time to refill their gas, the sound of the stomping of the titans can already be heard, the sound of trampling the nearby vegetation foot by foot.

They are near.

"IT AINT NOW WAY....." Jean blurted while witnessing the tremendous amount of Titans chasing after the fleet of Military Police and Garrison.
Their face is all petrified they couldn't even take a single glance because perhaps their fear will drive them to their very death.

Basically the entire perimeter is being sorrounded by the titans, it reached to the point that the giant trees started shaking.

"Yo, Jean why not just call out Armin here, transform his Colossal titan and start trampling on those titans like insects." Connie said. "It would be easier right?"

"Stupid! We don't know if Armin can control his titans and even if he does the blast would send us off the shadow realm of death." Jean muttered. "We can't use Eren either we don't know when the Beast Titan and Reiner will appear, there's a lot of possibilities to be considered, Erwin knows his games."

Connie narrowed his eyes towards the titans rampaging at the front shaking his head. "I understand but, I still don't get how we're gonna achieve zero casualties." Connie then scratched his head and then pointed to the rampaging titans towards their position. "Look at those Military Police and Garisson will die if they fight, with that many titans to eliminate I doubt that they'll survive."

Jean squinted his eyes and sighed.
"Once the Military Police and the Garrison successfully anchored to the trees out of the reach from the titans we'll do the work, conserving our gas and utilizing the trees to evade, attack and also to retreat. No one needs to die, and also thunder spears will come in handy, it would help us to eliminate those titans."

"That must be at least two hundred Titans." Sasha says whilst looking into her own telescope.

"Fire the blue and black signal, they're almost here." Jean ordered. "Let's eliminate the titans inside these walls once and for all."
