ch.6 First Mission

~~~~(y/n)'s POV~~~~
A week later
Lord death called Maka, Soul and I. Maka tells me that he picked us to do a mission. Missions vary big or small. Some may seem small but can grow big. We got to the death room and bowed.
"Heyo, Heyo, Maka, Soul, and (y/n)." He said greeting us.
"Hello Lord Death. What can we do today?" Maka said.

"Well I have a mission for you three. There is a few lion-looking Kishins that are terrorizing Germany. I would like you three to go and annihilate them. Is that understood?" He said and we nodded.
We left and got on Soul's bike.
Time skip.

~~~~Maka's POV~~~~
We got to Germany and started looking around. I looked at Soul and (y/n) who were having the time of their lives. They were talking and laughing and not mention looking around also. They were both blushing pink. I just felt like a third wheel. Yes I understand that Soul and (y/n) like each other. Even though they dont want to admit it.
30 min time skip
~~~~(y/n)'s POV~~~~
We continued looking for the kishin's until we heard a lions roar rip right through the atmosphere. All three of us looked at each other before heading of in the direction of the loud roar.
"You ready for your first mission? (Y/n)?" Soul asked me.
I put a determined look on my face and looked at him.
"Yep! Let's do this!" I said I continued to run.

Soon enough we got to the heard of kishins. There was at least 8 of them, they were big and red eyed. They just finished eating some humans and looked at us. There was a still silence.
...
"Roar!!!" Went the lions.
They charged at us and we all jumped out of the way. Soul had accidentally came my way, leaving Maka alone.
"Soul!!"
I had to act quick. I released my Soul protect and my old witch outfit came back.
"Weapon involuntation!" I said blasting the attack on Soul.
He turned into his scythe and I grabbed him and swung him around.
"Why did you use this on me?!?" He asked.
"Sorry, only way to get you to Maka." I said dodging them.
One was about attack Maka, when I stepped in front of her and stopped the paw from striking her.
"Here you go Maka." I said handing her Soul.
She got up and swung him around.
"Thanks (y/n)"
We then started to attack them. One by one, they started dropping like flies.
Soon enough, they all turned into kishin souls and Soul ate them. We were about to go until Maka stopped us.

"What?" I said before she shushed me.
Soon a big lion came out of the shadows and faced us.
Soul turned back into a scythe and I had my whip out.

The lion sender a big blast of energy at us and we dodged it. Maka started swinging at it but the kishin kept dodging them. It then swung at Maka and Soul, throwing them far back. I then started whipping at the lion and it started to walk away from me.
Lions don't like whips.
I kept making lots of marks, bruises, scars and cuts on the lion until I changed my whip to a katana made those cuts deeper. Then the lion fell and turned into kishin soul. Maka and Soul came back from oblivion and were shocked as they saw me in my position now.

"There you two are! Soul here you go!" I said handing him the kishin soul.
He came up and took and ate it.
"Wow! You did good!" Soul complemented.

"Thanks, I didn't do as bad as I thought on my first job."
