Chapter 2

Abi somehow survived her first weekend in Charleston and with the cast . It was now the first official day of shooting and she was regretting all her decisions for accepting the role , seeing she had a 6:30 call time .

She got out of bed , heading to the kitchen to grab some cereal , seeing both the girls already up and dressed .

"Good Morning , sleepyhead . Do you want some coffee ?" Bails was so sweet in the morning but Abi couldn't do people until she fed her coffee addiction .

"Don't talk to her before she has her coffee and she won't get that till she drags herself to Starbucks ." Maddie knew Abi so well but it made her want to defend herself as she made her out to be this evil bitch in the morning . She was but she didn't have to say it .

"Bite me ."

"Do you want to ride with us to set ?"

She shake her head no and disappear into the bathroom , completely abandoning her attempt for breakfast because they asked her one too many questions .

"Mads , where is Abi ? She was supposed to be in makeup 5 minutes ago ." Elaine poked her head into Maddie's trailer only to see her and Bails . "She probably got held up in the Starbucks line . I'll call her."

Elaine shuts the door and 2 minutes later Abi walks into Maddie's trailer with hers and Bails coffee . "Ooo my literal Angel ." She grabs her coffee and Abi watched as her eyes close , taking the first sip . Abi laughed even though she understood the euphoric feeling of the first sip .

"They needed you in hair and makeup 10 minutes ago . You better hurry before Jonas loses his mind ." Abi rolls her eyes and walk over to the trailer . She walks into the trailer and is met with a redhead and a blonde makeup artist who is working on Chase .

"Hi , I'm Evelyn . Abigail, right ?" She extends her hand out and shakes Abi's hand , motioning for her to sit in the chair . "Hi , it's nice to meet you and you can just call me Abi ." She nodded as she looked over Abi , getting out various brushes and other tools to perfect the Harper Routledge look .

Chase finishes up first but waits for Abi since she nearly done . They both walk over to the costume department to pick up their outfits and head back to their trailers to get dressed .

Abi was dressed in a yellow fitted crop top with black distressed shorts . She sat down on her couch , waiting to be called down to set . They were filming at the chateau first and then her scene where Harper meets John B later in the afternoon since that's when she would meet him in the show . They were actually filming the middle episodes of the season first since everyone would be going to Barbados in a couple of weeks .

Abi heard a knock on her door and then it swings open to reveal a brunette . "Hey I'm Elaine . I'm the set coordinator and photographer ." Abi sits up on the couch , putting her phone on the table beside her . "I'm Abi , obviously you know that ." Abi laughs and she returns it . "Are you ready to go ? They're ready for you on set ." She nodded and follow her as they walked amongst the trailers and smaller trailers holding equipment .

"So are you nervous ?" She looks at Abi , as they wind through the maze of trailers . "Kinda but not really . I'm just excited to play such a complex character . She nods as they reach the rest of the pogues . Maddie comes over and hugs you , vibrating with excitement .

"I can't believe you have to act like you don't like me for the first episode of the show ." She laughs and Abi looks at her . "Pretend ? Trust me it won't be that hard ." Maddie rolled her eyes as the group laughs . Jonas walks over and welcomes Abi as he runs over the scene . Abi and Chase take their spots in the woods while the rest of the pogues make their way to the porch of the Chateau . This was the scene where John B surprises the pogues with Harper's return and her automatic disliking of Sarah .
