16 | New year, new us

❝ Open the door and this place will await, Magic Shop.❞

Days passed and Jungkook started becoming more clingy and affectionate towards Lisa which she loved. Cause in the past because of the incident and trauma he couldn't give her any affection, but now he's slowly getting out of it. 

Lisa was making lunch for them when the back hugged her and was sniffing her softly. 

"mmmh you smell so nice. Btw What are you cooking my love?" he slowly kissed her neck softly once and then placed his chin on her shoulder.

"I'm making bibimbap for us." she smiled. 

"Ooh can't wait to eat it, do you need any help?" he asked. 

"No need, baby." she simply answered. 

"Alright then I'll be watching TV in the meanwhile." Before going he kissed her cheek suddenly which made Lisa flinch and turn around. 

"Yaaa you brat, come back here." she laughed.

Days passed and it was New year eve. 

They were staying up late for the new year's to happen. They were on the balcony and were looking at the sky together. 

"Babe I've meant to ask this question for a while now, have you ever thought about marriage?" Jungkook asked the question out of nowhere. 

"Baby why so sudden huh?" she chuckled softly.

"Hmm let me think? Yes.. But not really. I have thought about marriage and marrying you but it's not that serious." she smiled. 

"Why though? You don't wanna get married to me?" he pouted. 

"Awww my cute little boy, no that's not the case baby. It's just why the rush though? We're still in our 20's and I feel like there's more to know, enjoy and explore. I want to get married and of course with you but it's a lot of responsibility so I feel like I wanna marry in my late 20's or 30's or somewhere in the middle. But for now? No, I'm already happy with my life being the way it is and having you by my side is all that I can even ask for..for now." she said heart-fully 

"For now? Then whom do you want by your side in the future?" he smiled. 

"Our little ones of course. Some one who'd call you daddy and who'll call me mommy." she caressed his face softly making him smile. 

"You know what you're right, let's enjoy our life and then when you're ready we'll get married. Till that let's live our lives to the fullest." he gave out his bunny smile. 

"Oh babe look it's the countdown." Lisa pointed at the clock in front of them.

"5.,4.,3.,2.,1.. Happy new year!!" both of them yelled together. 

"Happy new year my love." Jungkook caressed her face. 

"Happy new year to you too bunny boii." She caresses his hair in a funny way. 

"Let's stay happy and healthy. I love you." he placed a kiss on her forehead. 

She nodded cutely. 

"Let's face all our challenges together and let's leave the past behind and let's look forward to the future from now on. It's a new year anyway!!" She pulled him into a kiss when the fireworks started.

They looked at the fireworks amusingly, full of joy and happiness. They let their inner child come out as they were jumping and goofing around happily. 

After a few minutes they calmed down and watched the beautiful fireworks. 

Jungkook looked at her full of love. 

"Last year's been great with you being by my side and trusting me. I hope this year I'll make it up to you and will try to make you happy with whatever I can. Thanks for always being my one and only magic shop baby. I love you."

Lisa then turned towards him and saw him looking at her softly. She just smiled back and looked at him passionately. 

"Last year was not our year, it had so many bad memories which I want to erase from your mind and heart but I can't but still memories teach us a lesson, we'll learn to be more responsible in the future. So I hope it'll be that way, but I promise you I won't let anything affect you this year. I'll always make sure you'll be carrying that sweet smile of yours everyday! Thanks for letting me be your magic shop baby, You mean the world to me. I love you" 

Both of them knew that how much hardship comes in the future they'll face it together as the previous hardships taught them so much. 

No matter how big the challenge is, love will always lead us, if we're meant to be. And this was true in their case. 

True love does not come by finding the perfect person, true love comes by learning to see an imperfect person, perfectly.
