(15.3) Battles for the heart failed?

--- Yui x Shoko ---

"Both women can end the fight in mear seconds but who will come out the winner? Yui Kodai against Shoko Todoroki." For some reason Present Mic sounded nearly dead but used an 'exited' voice.

"Both girls ready?" Asked Midnight with recieving two nods she announced, "The first match of the quater finals, begin."

With that, Shoko shot out ice for Yui to concentrate on it not the floor. Even though Yui doesn't show many emotions, she had a light smirk as she used her quirk to make the ice smaller and caught it with her hand and threw it back at Shoko. At the middle of the flight back she released it back to the original size with it hitting a newly formed ice wall, but what the ice girl didn't expect was her footing to be missing as Yui stood up with the arena just under her foot. Shoko tried to not fall but to no avail.

"Winner by ring out, Yui." Midnight announced as Yui helped Shoko on her feet then once out of the area of impact, she reversed the size of the arena.

"Once again Yui used her quirk to make the arena floor smaller causing her too win. It sure will be a hard to win against her." Mic announced with some energy coming back to him. There was one person who was even more angry, not only his son didn't make it to the finals but his failure of a daughter just got disqualified, he knew his plan would work.

"Nice match Shoko." Izuku commented, but was a little suprised she sat next to him with her head of his shoulder. "You okay?" With a nod Izuku looked over the next match not seeing the three twitching eyes.

--- Momo vs Fumikage ---

"Now we have the creation woman Momo Yaoyorozu against the Emo Bird Fumikage Tokoyami" Now we could hear more strangling and kicking with a sound of 'Stop announcing'.

"Ehh, are both contestants ready?" Nemuri asked, receiving two nods she continued, "Ready, set... Go."

Momo created a shield and a bow staff just in time for Dark Shadow to come and attack her. The recommended student tried to think of the best way around it but couldn't and only could make more shields to protect herself. After the third hit of dark shadow, the shadow backed down, making Momo think she had a chance but was stopped by Midnight, "The winner by ring out Fumikage." The bird boy bowed to Momo and left leaving her devastated.

"Fumikage used his quirk to his advantage by giving hard hits, Momo on the other hand wasn't as fast as Dark Shadow to exit from his larger area of occupation pathway." Aizawa explained.

Izuku tried and consol her but was stopped by three girls holding him until Hae-In have to leave for her match, making only Shoko and Katsumi stay with him holding him down not wanting to get a bigger competition.

--- Hae-In vs Inasa ---

"We have Hae-In Cha from 1A against Inasa Yoarashi from 1B" Aizawa announced.

"Both ready?" Recieving an enthusiastic yes and a nod she continued, "Go."

With that Inasa created a large wind trying to make Hae-In go out but she made a sword and stabbed in the ground not allowing her to go backwards. Using this oppurtinity of slight shock to her advantage, she created another sword that gave her some protection of the wind but continued to her target. Inasa on the other hand saw this and made a small tornado to lift him up and shot gusts of wind at her. The wind boy knew that in close combat she would dominate him and he doubted Cha-In had any long range options. The fight continued like this with Cha-In throwing short swords at Inasa to make some damage.

Getting a suicidal idea, Inasa dived straight for his oponent with her making a dull sword. When she expected him to punch her, she did not expect the force that he brought down to her to cause her to get into the sky. Inasa smirked and pushed Cha-In out of the arena.
