(23.1) France and the 2 Heroes?

The next day Izuku and Rumi met up with a man who was a little shorter than Izuku but had black hair with some freckles on his face. He had a small gaotee on his face and wore a casual suit. The two men chatted with Hisashi complimenting his good looks and congratulating him getting a girlfriend. Even though Izuku kept in contact with his father, he still wanted to complement his only child. He also showed his dad his provisional hero license card which he was congratulated and he also thanked Rumi.

The three of them got onto a plane where they set out for France. Though getting through the airport was a pain when they saw Rumi and Izuku with an older version of Izuku. Shivers ran down all of their spines remembering that. "So Mr Midoriya." Rumi began but was stopped.

"Call me Hisashi from now on Rumi." He said with a gentle fatherly smile which caused Rumi to become happier, she never had a father figure in her life but she would hopefully have one now.

"Thank you Hisashi, what are our plans in France?" She asked as neither her or Izuku knew.

Chuckling, "We are going to Paris, I wanted you to explore the area, the Eiffel Tower and some museums. It is also one of the calmest cities in Europe where villain attacks are rare but are mainly caused by one person."

They blinked, "Can you explain dad?" Even though he left 48 shadows in Japan to continue to search for Nana, they can always travel back to Izuku in minutes, though going away from Izuku can take more time.

He nodded, "Paris is different to what you may have be used to like here in Japan or even USA. There is a villain called Hawk Moth who can manipulate people who are angry to become his villains." This got their attention even more, "You should know firstly that having a hero license in France and some other European countries is harder to get than for instance Japan." This was the first time both of them heard about it and it was fascinating, "What Hawk Moth is using is not a quirk but a 'Miraculous'." Smirking, "I can see your questioning glances so I will continue. The miraculous are more powerful than most quirks. The two most powerful ones are in the possesion of the two heroes that are constantly fighting against Hawk Moth, they are called Ladybug and Cat Noir. The ladybug and cat miraculous, the creation and destruction miraculous."

"I am presuming that Hawk Moth want those two?" Izuku asked, this was pretty interesting if he had anything to say about it.

He nodded, "He already has 16 of the 19 miraculouses, Ladybug and Cat Noir accidentally trusted the wrong person who gave the 17 to Hawk Moth. Though they did get the rabbit miraculous back pretty quickly."

"Hisashi, if I may. How do you know all of this?" Rumi asked as this was her first time hearing this, she was a top 10 hero from Japan damm it, to be exact number 6 just before Edgeshot. She did want to be in the top 5 this year.

"I had to go to Paris a couple of times for my job, it is also on the news there and its pretty much not a secret." He said casually, though he didn't mention it as it is usually peaceful and those attacks happen once a week. One of the reason France has a low villain attack rate was because if someone was because of their punishment. Whilst Japan had the villains go to prison with quirk cancelling cuffs, France did the same but they would be also sent out to French Guiana to do work there. If someone used a quirk whilst not being in a quirk specilised park then they would recieve a fine of $2,000 minimum, so Hisashi was glad that Izuku has his provisional license.

Izuku and Rumi just nodded to what Hisashi said to them, though he said, "We also need to inform the inform the authorities about you two just in case." They just nodded glad.
