I heard knocking on my window, I sit up and see Racetrack, Blink, Boots, and Mush on the fire escape, I slide my window open, "What the hell? What are you guys doing?" I ask, "Jack, hes back." Blink said, "As a scabber? Yeah i know, i was there remember?" I say brushing my fingers through my hair, "No, hes back" Mush said, "Ill be out." I say, I close the window and closed my curtains, i put on a green dress and some boots, I go to my window and Racetrack helped me out, We made our way down the fire escape and walked to that pape place, We saw newsies getting handed papers and them loading them into a carriage, I kneel down and saw Jack, "Hiya Jackie boy, got tired of being smart?" I say, "You know it." Jack replied while handing me a stack of papers, I got up and loaded them into the wagon, Jack, Sarah, Les, Davey, and Denton climbed out of that window and Jack, Sarah, Les, and Davey got on the wagon, Denton got in the front and made the horses go, I sat by Skittery and i started to read the paper, 'Newsies banner', The wagon stopped, "Give the papers to every sweatshop kid." Jack instructed, I grabbed a stack and got off the carraige, I started to walk to a dress shop, I knocked on the workers door, it was opened by a girl, "Can you read?" I asked, She nodded, "Here, read this." I said handing her a few papers then walking away, I at least went to 4 sweatshops before i went back and hopped on the wagon, It started to move to a different part of New York and it was the same thing, Give the paper to sweatshop kids.

I stood by Sarah and we waited for something to happen, "So whens the others coming, kid?" Mush asked Blink, "They aint coming. Aint gonna be nobody but us." Jack said, He was led away by two newsies telling him to have hope, I followed Racetrack who followed Les. "When the circulation bell starts ringing will we hear it?" Les sang, "Nah." Racetrack replied, "What if the Delanceys come out swingin? Will we hear it?" I sang, "No!" Les said as he looked up at me, "Attaboy." Racetrack says as he pats Les's head, "Its gonna be all right." I hear Jack say to Les, we all hear distant singing, Racetrack grabbed Blinks shoulders, "Look!" Blink said while pointing, I look where he was pointing and saw a whole lotta kids, We all started to hug eachother, while more kids came, Then Brooklyn came, I hugged Mush, while all the kids started to sing again, Jack started to make his way though the crowd and we all followed him, They all started to chant strike, we started to make our way through the crowd before we got to Pulitzers office, "Dear me! What have we here?" Racetrack yelled, It was one of Pulitzers workers, Jack and Davey walked up to him and he let them in.
