Chapter 3

{DANNIE}

"HOME!" I yelled while walking outside. I quickly grabbed Kane's car keys so I could grab my board from his car.

I was about to open the trunk when I heard a loud yell, a shriek and some sort of shooting sound.

"What the hell?" I muttered to myself while walking to the small alley behind the apartment. When I turned around the corner though, I wish I never had in the first place. Blood was everywhere it looked just like a murder scene-no scratch that, this was a murder scene- and apparently the murder was still present cause he immediately ran over to me and grabbed me by my shoulders.

"WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU STARRING AT?!" He yelled in my face. I wasn't afraid of him but the gun in his hand was quite frighting. In a one motion move he turned me around and laid his hand over my mouth.

"You've seen enough for a pretty pretty lady..." He muttered in my hair, I shrieked but I knew nobody could here m-

"DANNIE!" Someone yelled.

"DANNIE DAMN GET YOUR ASS BACK HERE!" Someone yelled again.

"ME AND LUKE WILL LEAVE OK?"

Calum?! What the hell was he doing outside?

"Is that your boyfriend?" The man whispered in a hushed tone. I shook my head no and at the same time I tried to kick him in the gut but failed miserably by poking him in his eye.

"AAH! Fuck you fucking bitch you're going dead just like the rest does!" He screamed, I yelled and before he could pull the trigger he was being pushed to the ground.

"DONT!" Punch "YOU!" Punch "EVER!" Punch "TOUCH!" Kick "HER!" Kick/punch "AGAIN!" Calum yelled at the man, he was furious I don't think I've seen anybody this mad in my whole life and I have to admit I was quite frightened by him. When he was done probably beating the man to death he rushed over to me and hugged me tighter than anybody ever hugged me in my whole life.

"Shhh shhh it's gonna be fine baby. Shhh shhh I'm here I'll always be here." He said while rocking me from side to side. I didn't know I was crying until I let out a loud sob and collapsed on the floor. Calum hugged me tighter and whispered sweet nothings in my ear while we were still on the ground. He picked me up and rushed to the apartment. Kane opened it and immediately dropped a bomb of questions.

"Where the hell did you go?"

"Why are you crying?"

"Why is he holding you?"

"Are you o-"

"DOES SHE LOOK FUCKING OK TO YOU?!" Calum finally snapped when he laid me down on the large couch. "Call 991 now." He said in a stern voice, nobody even questioned him and Mike picked up his phone. He dialed the number and asked what the emergency was. Everybody looked at me.

"H-he ki-illed s-som-meone." I croaked out collapsing all over again. Calum sat down beside me and hugged me tight. The boys stopped dead in their tracks and looked at me wide eyed.

"And he tried to take her." Calum muttered almost not audible. Mike and Kane gasped and looked heartbroken.

Within five minutes there where loud sirens and someone was knocking on the door. Two police officers came walking through the door and they asked if the boys could leave so they could ask me some questions. Calum hesitated before walking away he muttered some stuff to the police officers and then walked off.

"So what happened out there?" The taller officer asked.

"Well I w-was leaving t-the house and I-I heard all kinds off sounds a-and noises s-so I walked o-over there and I saw blood a-and he g-grabbed me, b-but then Calum c-came and p-punched him a-and then he b-brought me here and c-called you g-guys." I stuttered they looked at me sympathy clear in there facial expression. They scribbled down some words and looked at each other one more time.

"Well we're not gonna lie to you. You could be dead honey." The officer with the weird mustache said. I gulped and he continued. "That man was one of the most wanted serial killers in the states and he was a part of the most dangerous gangs in the world. We've been searching for him a long long time now and we have him thanks to you and your...your boyfriend?" He kind off asked.

"Anyways we can't guarantee your safety. Cause they'll be looking for you all, so I guess we'll have to move you from countries." He finished, I could barely talk anymore so I decided against it. They seemed done so they walked away. As soon as they left the room all the boys (even Luke) ran to me they hugged me and told me everything would be alright. After a while Mike spoke up.

"Dans what did they say?" He asked very very carefully.

"Th-they want u-us t-to m-m-move." I stuttered.

"Like the fuck we will." Kane laughed.

"Y-yeah!" I yelled.

"I'm not leaving for 'one of the most dangerous gangs in the world'." I said finally having my voice back. The boys stopped dead in their tracks and looked at me wide eyed.

"G-gang?!" The all said in unison.

"Yeah didn't they tell you?" I laughed.

"No!" Luke yelled.

"Well the guy Calum almost punched to dead was one of the most wanted serial killers in the world and they will probably look for us and kill us and- FUCK WE'RE MOVING THE FUCK OUT OFF THE STATES RIGHT FUCKING NOW!" I yelled finally realizing what just happened, the boys just sat there flabbergasted and scared. Calum snook his arm around my waist and I laid my head on his shoulder.

The guys walked upstairs not saying a word to each other anymore.

"Just sleep baby it's gonna be a long few days." He said soothingly.

"Why baby?" I asked.

"Just sleep." He said before closing his eyes and taking me with him.
