Scene: The Agreste mansion.

Nathalie was currently running over some of Gabriel's upcoming plans to him as they walked to his office.

"Anything else?", Gabriel asked.

"Your world-fashion interview, tomorrow, first thing", Nathalie replied as she looked up from her tablet.

"Fine. Merci, Nathalie", Mr. Agreste dismissed her.

"Dinner? With your son, sir", Ms. Sancoeur pleaded for Adrien's sake.

"No, I have work to do", Gabriel said coldly.

"He needs his father", Nathalie insisted.

"And I'd appreciate if you minded your own business", Mr. Agreste corrected her harshly.

He pushed the door to his office open as he entered and the door closed behind him, leaving Nathalie standing right outside the door with a solemn expression.

As footsteps were heard by the stairs, Nathalie turned around to see who it was and saw Adrien, who happened to be eavesdropping the conversation between her and his father.

"I'm sorry, Adrien", she said to him sadly.

"(sighs) Don't worry, I know the drill", the model replied dejectedly as he went up the stairs.

As he went up the stairs, the giant portrait of Adrien and Gabriel was seen atop the staircase.

Nathalie, with nothing else to do, took her leave as well and left the mansion.

Scene: Gabriel's Office

Gabriel was looking at their family picture with Emilie.

Scene: Adrien's Bedroom

Adrien was also looking at his copy of the picture as he looks at it too with a frown.

...

Gabriel closes the curtains.

...

Adrien walked by one of the halls with a bigger copy of their family picture as he looked at it as well.

...

Gabriel was locking a safe in his office.

...

Adrien was then at the train station, walking on the sidewalk with his earphones on.

...

At the mansion, Gabriel presses the combination on Emilie's portrait in his office.

Scene: Old Theatre

Adrien now stood in front of an old theater. He went inside and entered from the backstage. The teen walked towards the curtains and brushes his hand against them, feeling sentimental.

He stopped at the center of the stage as a memory of Emilie flashed before him, in it had where Emilie was greeted by applauses while she waves back to the audience, holding a bouquet of roses.

Looking to her right, she sees Adrien and reaches out a hand to him, gesturing for her son to join her in the spotlight.

As soon as he stepped towards her and was about to hold hands with her, the spotlight turned off.

That's when Adrien noticed a brochure of Emilie on the floor and picks it up with a sad face.

"Happy birthday, Mom."

He smiled sadly until he heard a voice in front of him.

"Adrien?"

Adrien looked up and saw Dalia, with a smile on her face.

"Dalia?", he gasped.

"Of course it's me silly", she giggled. "I never got to tell you this before you left..."

"I'm sorry that I left...what did you want to tell me?", Adrien apologized.

"I-I love you Adrien...", Dalia said as she came closer and kissed him.

He closed his eyes and opened them back to see she was gone, only leaving butterflies in his stomach.

She was never there, only in his mind.

Scene: Gabriel's Office, Agreste Mansion

Gabriel still stood before Emilie's portrait.

"I cannot keep this dark secret anymore."

He looked at the Butterfly Miraculous in his left hand.

Flashback Scene: Mysterious Cave

"Give me the ultimate power so I can bring my wife back!", Gabriel proclaimed as he opened a box, a burst of purple light appears before him, revealing the Kwami, Nooroo.

"Master, I cannot grant you this wish. Only the Ladybug and Cat Noir Miraculous possess this power", Nooroo replied.

"How do I find them?", Mr. Agreste asked.

"They can only be summoned in times of chaos", the kwami said.

End of Flashback

It then came back to the Butterfly Miraculous in Gabriel's hand.

"If chaos is the way, I will burn the world and lose myself in the flames to do so!", Gabriel vowed.

He wore the Butterfly Miraculous on his tie as it trilled, summoning the Akumas upon his transformation. "Let darkness rise!!"
