"Where the heck am I?", Dalia wondered out loud as she looked around.
"It's just a pretty old shop filled with antiques. I'm sure Glamma Samira would love these vases in her palace", the ravenette commented. She took out her phone to call James but saw there was no signal. "Great, guess I'll have to-"
Then she stopped as a rattling was heard. The girl turned around and saw the antique jars behind her were rattling. She backed away and bumped into something.
"AHH! You creeps better not have followed me in here!" Dalia took a sigh of relief as she saw it was simply a moss statue of a man. "Wait a minute...this statue looks familiar", she said as she took a closer look. "Wasn't he the-"
Suddenly a pretty, little bright red ladybug appeared in front of her, fluttering its delicate wings, bringing a smile to her face. Dalia held out her finger in which the little insect landed on.
"You're pretty cute. I don't understand why papa is so scared of you little guys", Dalia giggled as a memory of her father hiding behind her mother, who had an annoyed look on her face, while pointing at a butterfly appeared in her mind.
The ladybug flew off her finger and landed on her nose, making her feel a little strange. "Hey, I know I'm a celebrity but you need to give me space like everyone else, even if you're this cute", the ravenette joked while smiling.
Seeming to somewhat understand, the insect left her freckled nose and faced her as a bright red ball of light surrounded it. The ball of red and pink light then flew around the room, past a couple of jars, making the lids rattle.
Feeling curious and intrigued, Dalia followed the ball of light as it weaved in and out of jars in the shop. As she followed it, the ball of light stopped by a stone wall in the shop and on it had words engraved in it.
'Who saves a life, saves the world'
"Where have I heard that before?", she asked herself. "Hey wait up!"
She tried keeping up with the ball of light as it flew underneath a table and revealed a strange symbol on the said table. Feeling confused and cautious, Dalia slowly went towards the table and hesitantly touched the symbol. Nothing happened.
The ravenette looked under the table and saw a blinding red light from an object. She then reached for it and examined what she took. They were round ladybug inspired earrings with silver backings and stoppers.
"Earrings?", Dalia gasped. "They're cute!"
Suddenly the earrings started to glow and the style of the earrings changed to hanging earrings instead.
"Now this is totally my style", the girl fawned in excitement.
Knowing that the earrings were previously on the dusty floor, the girl took the sleeve of her hoodie and cleaned them before putting them on.
