"You think they didn't see the change in our schedule?"

Hanbin, Ricky and Jiwoong were standing in the middle of the field where their first concept pictures would be taken. They were staring at the road a bit further away from them, waiting for the two missing staff members.

"Should we ask around if someone has their numbers?"

Ricky looked at his worried friends. He put on a slight smile, but remained quiet. He already called Jiah. Or at least, he thought he did until her roommate picked up. All he knew that any second the girls would come running with regret and embarrassment shown on their faces.

"We were supposed to start one hour ago!" Mr Seo said to his assistant on the phone. "No just push it back. We have rented out the place for the whole day anyways"

He hung up the phone and shifted his face towards the three members who quickly looked away by his sudden stare. He walked over to them and stood before the boys with glaring eyes.

"This is what I get for going easy on the staff" he muttered, annoyed. "They think coming late is okay"

"The schedule changed last minute. They probably didn't see it" Hanbin defended them.

"I don't care. I only care for you boys and your health. And now we're standing here in the cold waiting for a mere photographer and a stylist" he sniffed and zipped his jacket closed.

As Ricky was about to respond to his snarky manager, a car pulled up to the side of the road. Ricky felt a huge weight lift off of his shoulders when seeing the girl he had been waiting for jump out of the car.

The two girls stood besides each other, one more nervous than the other. Yujun clenched her hand around Jiahs hoodie, being too afraid to let go. Jiah took a deep breathe before marching towards the group that got all quiet by their arrival.

"Sorry for being late" the youngest one said with a straight posture.

"You think just because you're the only photographer here you can get caught slacking!" Mr Seo yelled at her, making her frighten. "We were all here at 9am like on the schedule. The boys got less sleep than you and somehow they were up and ready to go while you were sleeping. Are you aware of this?"

"I'm sorry" she repeated, trying not to sound annoyed.

"A simple sorry won't cut it. I'll deduct 100 dollars from your pay"

The man wanted to walk off, but Jiah quickly stood in front of him. He looked at her with frowning eyebrows. It felt like her heart was about to jump out of her chest with the amount of nerves her body was taking.

"I apologised. I agree that what I did isn't acceptable but please, don't do this. I need it for-"

"If you really needed it, you would've been here at 9am as promised" he took a step closer to her, making goosebumps fill her body. "But you can earn the money back in a different way" he whispered to her.

The girl her eyes filled with tears as the man walked passed her. She scoffed and clenched her teeth together.

"You know what, you ass-" her sentence got cut by someone putting their hand on her shoulder.

She jerked her body around and pushed the person with a lot of force onto the grass. Her eyes became bigger when seeing who it was.

"It's you" she said, feeling embarrassed.

The corners of Ricky's lips went up. He reached his hand to her, waiting for her to take it. She hesitated. But as her eyes met with his, she could feel that warm feeling enter her body again. Her mout let out a sigh as she held her hand out for him.
